Ocean, mountains, forest, wildlife and constant sun throughout the day makes property. Home is accessible, private, cottage feel, natural landscape, ample private parking, close to all amenities and heated pool from June to mid October. Pool is deep, heated and old. With wind and hot weather, water can get cloudy with organics. Pool water tested and cleaned bi-weekly.

House trained dogs are welcome with prior approval—please let us know their breed, size and age. Restaurants, groceries and Parksville attractions are conveniently nearby. No smoking thank you. Shoal Bay sits on a remote island, completely off grid. Here we generate our own electrical power through a system of solars panels and micro-hydro. Just one of three boutique styled cottages at Shoal Bay, The RAVEN COTTAGE sits on the hillside overlooking the water. There are 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a cozy woodstove. Kitchen with undercounter fridge and 4 burner gas stove/oven. A shower in the bathroom. Covered deck with a bbq all overlooking the ocean and the coastal mountains

The Way Inn Oceanfront retreat on the boardwalk.

The Way Inn is a delightful wheelchair accessible waterfront bungalow at the mouth of the Inlet, next door to the general store where you can grocery shop or have them cook a quick meal or snack. Private dock with available moorage (from early-May to late October, please see below) right on the boardwalk with easy access to Brady's Beach. Located on a desirable section of the boardwalk, just steps away from the government dock, where you can arrive on the MV Frances Barkley ship.
