In the middle of beautiful pine forests there is a tiny house, an old farmplace. It has all the amenities you need for a peaceful retreat – silence, solitude, beautiful nature, a warm fireplace, sauna and starry nights. You can enjoy real Estonian farmlife - bring water from the well, make food on a woodheated stove and heat the sauna. And most importantly – work and worries can’t reach you here! Come stay at the old town of Tartu in our lovely apartment with private entry and all you need for your visit. Our place is located at the foot of the famous Toome hill where everything is very close (main square, shops, restaurants, parks etc). We will offer you a fully equipped apartment and a big bed, kitchenette, shower, TV with many channels, free fast wifi and good books/games to entertain you. We also offer free parking in the yard that works on a first come first served principle

ODYL Holiday House with Sauna and Seasonal Hot-tub

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

Awake refreshed and ready for a day of exploring Tartu in this spacious and light-filled 1 bedroom apartment with impressive high ceilings. Located in the very heart of the Old Town, it is across the street from the iconic and beloved Italian restaurant "La Dolce Vita". All of the sought-after sights are within a few minute's walk: Toome Hill & Cathedral, Town Hall, UT Art Museum, Botanical Garden. The place is surrounded by cozy bars/cafes and the finest restaurants.

A quiet apartment in a green region. Hiking trails few hundred meters (Intsikurmu) or 5 min by car (Mammaste). The balcony overlooks the stadium, Intsikurmu and the surrounding forests. Põlva Cultural Center and the city center are a few (walking) minutes away. The apartment has a double bedroom, a cozy kitchen and a living room with a balcony. Nearby there is a good sport hall Mesikäpa (Kesk 25), swimming pool and saunas (Uus 3) and the best restoran (Uus 5).

Welcome to our warm hometown – Tartu! To maximize your experience here we try to give our best to help you. The newly renovated apartment is in a historical wooden house yet very close to the old town (10 min). Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!

Hubane majake sauna ning mullidega kümblustünniga

Tule koos kallima, sõbra või väikese perega nautima saunamõnusid linnaäärsesse väikemajja (19m2). Maja asub Võrumõisas, mis on vaikses suvila piirkonnas, kuid samas Võru kesklinnale ja Tamula rannale jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Mullifunktsiooniga tünnisauna ja leilisauna kasutamine on hinna sees, kõik vajalik kütmiseks on olemas kohapeal. Leilisaun on elektriga.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
