The cabin is completely renovated with an eclectic, artistic touch. Most of the artwork is also available for purchase. Close proximity to golf, hunting, hiking, disc golf, and breweries. Our pet-friendly cottage is close to Edinboro University, Allegheny College, Meadville, public golf courses, Lake Erie, French Creek, just off historic PA route 6. You’ll love my place because of 3+ acres to enjoy with walking trails, an outdoor fire pit in a quite, country setting with air conditioning in the living room. There are 2 golf courses, 2 microbreweries, 1 winery and so much more within a 10 minute drive! We have 2 cottages on our property, this listing is the 2 bedroom cottage

Sweet Solitude

This is tiny cabin in the country just off of a quiet, unpaved road. We have excellent neighbors, but none in sight of the cabin :-) Sometimes we just want to be alone. Sweet Solitude is a private place to focus on what's really most important, especially for couples. Our cabin locally sourced. The timbers were sawed at a local hemlock mill. The exterior is made of boards we had milled from old pines along US Hwy 322. Even the stones we laid for the fireplace once splashed in a local creek.

Welcome to our fully furnished apartment, perfect for one or two guests. It features a cozy space whether you are brought here for business or leisure. We offer a comfortable king size bed and a full size futon, if needed. The private guest entry has steps with an optional ramp entry if mobility issues are a concern. Guests have use of designated parking and an outdoor patio area with a propane grill. Located in a quiet, country setting minutes from downtown Meadville and Allegheny College.
