Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

Sensationelle Lage direkt an der Lagune. Die Privatinsel bietet viele Möglichkeiten (Sport, Strand, Restaurants, Reiten) und das Naturschutzgebiet mit seiner Vogel- und Tierwelt direkt vor der Haustür ist fantastisch. Unbedingt die Velos mitnehmen, um die Insel und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das 3-stöckige Häuschen verfügt über einen kleinen Garten, wo man die Aussicht und die Ruhe geniessen kann. Das Haus ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Zum Glück verkauft der Supermarkt auf der Insel die wichtigsten Dinge des Alltags. (Achtung: Öffnungszeiten beachten). Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Leo e’ stato un ottimo host, preciso nel fornirci le indicazioni e veloce nel rispondere quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche delucidazione. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, si trova in un’ottima posizione e Leo l’ha arredata con buon gusto, non mancava nulla e ci ha messo a disposizione anche 4 biciclette! E’ stato un soggiorno molto rilassante. Grazie 😊

Ruhig gelegen, aber eine zentrale Lage, um verschiedene Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Venetien zu besuchen.

The place was very nice, when we first got our keys they explained and showed us everything, the apartment was very tidy. Alongside that, there were pizzerias, restaurants, a store very close, including a beach about 15 minutes away if you go on foot.

Alessandra is lovely, she was really communicative and friendly, staying late to check us in when our flight was delayed and she even bought my friend a birthday gift. The apartment is as described, really spacious and clean with lovely bedrooms and very well equipped. The main garden is communal but the apartment has a private terrace also. You definitely need a car here as there is no longer even a mini market in Villaganzerla so there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance.

We has such a wonderful time staying at this apartment. Beautiful canal views, very easy and quick to walk to things nearby, but it’s tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet. About a 12 minute walk to the train station which was great. Giovanna was very responsive and helpful. Check-in/out was very easy. And the apartment was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. This place made our trip to Venice a breeze. 10/10, I would definitely stay here again!

Gyönyörű a lakás mindennel felszerelve amire az embernek szüksége van. Könnyen megközelíthető autóval és busszal egyaránt. Luca nagyon barátságos, segítőkész, mindenre hamar válaszol. Mindenkinek ajánlani tudom ezt az apartmant aki nyugalomra vágyik

Il panorama sul fiordo è qualcosa di indescrivibile, per non parlare dei tramonti… Ringrazio Alessio per la sua disponibilità e prontezza. A presto Albarella!

Das Appartment ist ideal für einen Familienurlaub und ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Radausflüge, Strandgänge und Bootsfahrten. Ein Rad- und Kanuverleih befindet sich in der Nähe. Bis zu den Vaporetto-Stationen Richtung Venedig und den Nachbarinseln fährt man ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Appartement befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage, direkt an der Lagune von Venedig. Es hat eine schöne Raumaufteilung, ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Benedetta hatte ein nettes Willkommen-Package mit Marmeladen, Kuchen und Toastbrot bereitgestellt. Sie war auch sehr hilfsbereit, als gestreikt wurde. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
