The apartment has a beautiful terrace, with a fantastic view, where you can have dinner under the stars and, during the day, listen to classical music from the nearby music conservatory. Due to allergic problems of the host, it is not possible to stay with pets, sorry for that. Registration Number:027043-LOC-12117 Ca' Manzoni apartment is located in an historical palace which dates back to 1300, and its name comes from the abbess Marianna Manzoni who in 1762 radically restored it, as the commemorative plaque on its façade witnesses. The apartment is a few minutes walk from Piazza S.Marco and near the famous theatre La Fenice, in an ideal position to discover the most famous but also the most fascinating and less popular places of marvellous Venice. It has been recently restored under the expert coordination of the owner Luisa, keeping the romantic Venetian character and atmosphere of the past unaltered: it has the entrance on the fourth and last floor and it overlooks three sides of the palace. The living room has a remarkable view over the wide campo S. Maurizio where a periodic and characteristic antiques market takes place; from the living room you can admire important gothic buildings and the homonymous neoclassic church built by the Venetian architect Gianantonio Selva with its majestic bell tower. The double room, with its original antique ceiling made of wooden trusses and an antique fireplace between two windows is furnished in a typical Venetian style and has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom with shower is made in a precious three-colour glass mosaic and has washing machine and hair dryer. The elegant and cosy kitchen - fully equipped with dishwasher, microware oven, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker - gives access to the upstairs loft where you can read or rest in a small reserved area. Moreover, a fine terrace offering a breathtaking view over the roofs and a glimpse of the Grand Canal - situated just 100 m from the flat - completes the space and creates the perfect place for relaxing or romantic dinners under the stars. The lighting of the whole house is warm and diffused by lighting fixtures and Murano glass applique; curtains have been made from precious fabrics and have a typical Venetian style and colour shades. The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. Formosa 5193 es un encantador apartamento de 120 m² en un típico palacio veneciano, con 7 ventanas y un balcón desde el que se puede disfrutar de una impresionante vista del Canal de San Severo, animado por el paso de las góndolas. Ideal para familias o grupos de amigos, puede alojar hasta 5 personas. La zona es tranquila y auténtica, pero muy céntrica: entre el Puente de Rialto y la Plaza de San Marcos, a pocos pasos del Santa Maria Formosa, una de las plazas más encantadoras de Venecia.

I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.
