A 10min del CERN, del lago y del bosque de Versoix. Supermercados y cines frente a la residencia. El Tram llegará en 2024. Cocina totalmente equipada, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, sofá cama (1pers.)+ cama (2 pers.), bañera, lavadora (secadora común a la residencia). También hay un jardín común.
