There is a public and private boat ramp easily accessible. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the porch that wraps the house on 3 sides. The under house parking is a great place to relax, let the kids play, or just watch tv and enjoy a cold drink. This jewel is off the beaten path. Small country towns are 20 minutes away.

We're located close driving distance to a number of conveniences, including shopping, restaurants, parks and more. The house is down a private drive after going through a security gate. Guests have use of our private in-ground pool (pools open) BBQ, fire pit, 40 acres, and 2 fishing ponds.

Two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Front and back porches. Fenced in yard for small children, pets and extra privacy. Lott does connect to the river. Over 100ft of river front. WiFi has been added as of 1-25-25 by popular demand.

Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a sleeping loft nestled on 30 acres bordered by a beautiful freshwater creek and offering private UTV/ATV trail leading to private sandbar access. The majority of wood used in construction of this cabin was hand milled on site. Convenient location in proximity to Vidalia, Lyons, Metter and Statesboro.
