Welcome to Kamloops! This studio suite is decorated in a modern fashion and is close to transit, restaurants, as well as a short drive to the Trans Canada Highway. Includes laundry, high speed internet, kitchen, queen bed, smart TV on Netflix and private entrance. You may use the deck, but it is a common space and is technically not part of the rental. There is plenty of hiking, mountain biking and skiing (45 mins to Sun Peaks Resort) so come explore! Not suitable for infants and small children.

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen and a pullout couch for additional guests. You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Holmwood Farm is a very green and beautiful property with great views and lots of hiking trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and a few cows which are rotationally grazed for regenerative agriculture. You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pasture lamb, beef and chicken in season.

Westsyde is a lovely community with many family friendly amenities nearby. Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, petting zoo, playground, splash pad, bike pump track, disc golf, and a dog park. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs and would love to host you in our home!
