Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Nuestro piso esta ubicado en el tercer piso de un edificio histórico del siglo XIV, accesible con ascensor. Éste cuenta con dos dormitorios accesibles por separado, un baño y un servicio, y una cocina que también puede utilizarse durante la estancia. Nosotros vivimos habitualmente en él y lo alquilamos cuando no estamos en Viena. La mayoría de las atracciones de Viena son accesibles a pie y el metro mas cercano (U2 Rathaus) se encuentra a 200m de distancia.

Unser Apartment samt Balkon mit ungefähr 44m² und einer senfgelben Nuance eignet sich perfekt für Businessgäste oder Wien-Entdecker. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage findet man sich hier in einer grünen und ruhigen Umgebung wieder und kann dadurch sowohl entspannen, aber auch schnell mitten ins Geschehen losziehen. Durch die Vollausstattung sollte jeder unserer Gäste bei uns alles finden, um sich praktisch wie zu Hause zu fühlen.
