The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV's, apple TV and WiFI. The entire home is open to guests. The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find. Next to the heart of University of Illinois campus, surrounded by beautiful mature trees, this spacious and serene guest suite will enhance your experience in town. The guest suite has it own entrance. It is connected to the sunroom of our main house. This space do not come with TV, washer and dryer. And the space do not have kitchenette. However, we provide microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. This space is not limited mobility accessible. No party and no smoking.
