El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos, el lugar muy agradable con todo lo necesario para una cómoda estadía, Rossy fue muy amable y comprensible con la llegada dado que nuestro vuelo era tarde, el sector muy lindo con tiendas cercanas y estaba cerca a lugares turísticos, fácil para desplazarse utilizando aplicaciones.

Andre es muy buen anfitrion!! Y muy amable y amigable. La propiedad es muy linda y es tal cual esta en la fotos!! Me senti como en casa! Andres fue de mucha ayuda con su guia de restaurante y supermecardos, Con instruciones clara. Mis hijos e esposa le encanto la propiedad Unos de los mejores airbnb que me eh hospedado en la capital. Lovely stay at Suzanne's place in Santo Domingo. The house has a lot of character, and we loved using the small backyard pool to cool off during the hot afternoons. The lack of AC in the main areas was no problem as the apartment catches a nice breeze, and the AC in the bedrooms works well. Our son enjoyed sleeping on the loft bed in the living room. I will echo what others have said - the stairs situation is not to be underestimated. We were there with our four kids (9, 7, 3 and 2) and the two little ones were not allowed to go up or down the stairs unsupervised. They are very steep and uneven, as well as lack proper railings - so even for adults, just make sure you pay attention to this and if you have mobility problems, maybe not the right place. For us, we loved it! Great communication from the hosts and super friendly. Walkable to many restaurants and the downtown. Highly recommend this place!

had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I arrived really late (1am) and HOST had everything set up for me to easily have access to the house. Once inside the property itself was stunning - beautifully maintained and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was spectacular. The home is in a small gated community with plenty of doors that you can lock to separate you from the hustle and bustle. Book this home, located in one of the best areas in Santo Domingo.

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

Hermoso lugar y estancia para estar, todo muy limpio y organizado, para ir en familia o viaje en parejas, anfitrión excelente siempre atento, amable, gentil y diligente, responde rápido y me encantó la seguridad de este hogar, definitivamente volveremos ya volveremos a reservar para junio recomiendo 100% este lugar

El lugar es muy tranquilo y acogedor, pero hay que modernizar algunos equipos como el aire acondicionado solo eso despues todo bien.

Jessica’s apartment provided every aspect of what you need and is very modern, bright and in perfect location in Santo Domingo for getting taxis (UBER or DiDi) - stop scrolling and simply stay here, good views on 17th floor pool and BBQ area, restaurants and all you need in walking distance including safe access to two (2) ATMs of major banks.
