Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, dog park, playground, and more. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs; please expect to hear the pitter patter of little feet and you may also catch short stints of piano practice. Warm and cozy 2 bedroom suite on Hearts Ease Farm. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of our valley that is only 15 minutes from downtown Kamloops. Your suite is equipped with everything you require, so you can just drop your bags and relax! If you are travelling with horses, we have 2 corrals available, a round pen, and a full arena. Plus acres and acres of trails across the street. If you like fresh eggs for breakfast, you are more than welcome to pop out to the coop and help yourself!

This location showcases the beautiful Kamloops hills with many walking trails right behind our home. 10 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes from the airport. Perfect for those traveling or wanting to explore Kamloops.

1000 sq. Ft.suite with Modern Farmhouse Decor. Vaulted ceilings and big, bright windows with great views of the hills. Fully equipped kitchen with dining and living room spaces. Holmwood Farm Julia’s Kitchen Suite

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.

This "Sweet-Suite" is fully self-contained with a Mini-kitchenette, Large Bedroom, and Bright Bathroom. In the "kitchette" is a mini-fridge, microwave, airfryer, toaster, and free coffee, tea, and bottled water. There's only the sink in the bathroom so leave the dishes for us to do for you! Access to the pool when seasonal weather cooperates! Come in late, enjoy a comfy sleep. Then continue on your way or stay around the Kamloops area. (Note: there is a train nearby)

Our bright and private lower suite is spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. We have full kitchen facilities, wifi, Amazon Prime, YouTube and a pullout couch. The king-size bed in the master bedroom is exceptionally comfortable, the second room has a queen bed. We have 20 to 30min access to shopping in Kamloops or world-class, skiing and biking, thirty min up the hill. We’ve got a small-town vibe in the burbs, where you turn to go up to the Peaks.
