This place was perfection. The landscape was beautiful and the view was spectacular. Without a doubt this place was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook some of my meals. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable and pleasant place to stay with our family of 5. It's a new building in a quiet development with a lot of new construction. Nice location, not too far from Zion, and on the way to Bryce Canyon and points east. One small quirk is that, although there is a wall between the main room and the bathroom, the whole space shares a single ceiling, so light and sound will travel from the bathroom to the rest of the space. It was fine for our family, but good to be aware of it.

This locations n was perfect but so was the stay! A very comfortable home with a historical story to tell. We felt right at home. I highly recommend this home for anyone traveling to Zion Nat'l Park.

Traveling with a toddler and a dog we had to make an unexpected stop. Dario quickly accommodated our last minute booking and answered all my questions. The people working at the valet, bell desk and front desk were all prompt and kind. The home was exactly as described, very cozy, a close walk to Las Vegas Blvd, and clean. I would recommend and will stay here again thank you so much, Dario.

We had a wonderful stay. The views were amazing as described and it was an ideal location for wandering the strip. There were a few things we wanted…eg. some plates and glasses and a wine opener. We called housekeeping and they brought everything promptly. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to our friends!

Excellent place. Once inside, everything was great. AC worked well, well-appointed unit with everything one might need. Great communication and an excellent location. The shared amenities (clubhouse, pools, sports courts, building exteriors) at Las Palmas are definitely showing their age, but are functional and clean. The community itself feels safe and the people are friendly. Seems there are a lot of (maybe mostly?) short-term rentals (AirBnBs) in the complex, which is great in that we didn't feel out of place. Overall a great place to stay with plenty of variety to keep kids entertained and active.

Great stay. Myself and guests had a great time. the rental is inside a gated community which is nice. surrounded by great food options. My only complaint has nothing to do with the host or unit. there were no handicap accessible sidewalks that we could find near the unit, so getting a wheelchair or scooter on and off the side walk was challenging. other then that. House was well stocked and very clean. would recommend.

This place was beautiful. I definitely felt like I was rich and famous. Everything was in a perfect order. The treat basket for me when I walked in made me feel so special. I didn’t have to do anything to check out. It was so easy. The bathroom and kitchen were so clean. I loved this place and will definitely book here again.

Warm house with nice decorations and big space. We need five rooms for everyone's privacy; Tina's house really meet our requirements! Will recommend this house to visitors who need 4 or 5 bedrooms.

Great home and great hosts. We needed to come to Vegas for the birth of our adopted daughter at mountainview hospital and the house and hosts worked perfectly to make that trip easier. They helped purchase a kettle at one point, and they understood our crazy move out day with a 1 week old. Would definitely stay in this or another of John’s properties again.

This place was just what we wanted. Very thoughtful and well-decorated place! stocked up with every need and appliance I you could ask for. Crib, high chair and play area for kids were the highlight for us; while we enjoyed hot tub, cocktails etc. I would come back if we're coming in the area! would highly recommend this place to anyone trying to come to Zion, Bryce and other parks and attractions in Utah!

The location was great and the house was even larger than we expected. The kids loved the pool.

We really enjoyed our time at this rental! It is situated in a beautiful area on the Copper Rock golf course, with easy access to Zion and St. George. The house was perfect for our stay, and felt very special.

A good place to land for the evening-we were there for just a few hours but got some good sleep and a hot shower! I appreciated the washer and dryer and was able to get a quick load of much-needed dirty laundry done!

Stayed here as a quick family trip and it worked great for us! Backyard was nice and big, home was clean and fit our family perfect, including the kids area which came in handy for the little ones! Love this area, being right off the freeway and by a few restaurants worked great for us. Downtown Saint George isn’t a far drive at all and gave us a good mix of peaceful and private and close to everything else. Overall would highly recommend and plan to stay here again!

A very cozy place and perfect for our 30 year anniversary. Loved the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor grill area. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Perfect setting to come back and relax after long days of hiking Zion! Jeffrey was very responsive and we felt if there was anything we needed he would have been right on it. But, his place had everything we needed!

Great place to stay, will be back

It was amazing. I told Ashleigh it was my friends birthday, the reason we were staying there for the weekend. Well |I must say she outdid herself, with the special touches, like the balloons, the birthday plates, napkins and treats. Such thoughtful things she did, my friend was totally surprised and loved it. The suite itself is very charming, warm and inviting. decorated with great taste, very clean, and it is everything it says plus more. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely book again with Ashleigh. She is an amazing host, goes out of her way to ensure everything is smooth from checking in to checking out. She is a warm, welcoming lady and an absolute pleasure. I thank her for making our weekend special.

What a wonderful space. The view of the Sphere from the balcony was amazing. We loved having a kitchen. The close proximity to the monorail, made it so convenient to get to the convention center. Donna is a spectacular host. She is so responsive and knowledgeable about the area. She has great tips for food, transportation, and activities. We highly recommend Donna and the space.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It had plenty of room for everyone and has a vibe that makes you feel right at home. Being able to soak in the hot tub after a day of skiing was the best part! Giant Steps is right around the corner if you decide to walk instead of waiting for the shuttle so the location is extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Went for three nights with my wife and two kids. The views from the room were amazing. Easy walk to Bellagio, Aria, and the strip. Really a fantastic spot. Checking in and out was very easy. Highly recommend this spot.

Marie's place was very nice and clean. The balcony was nice to have with a nice view. Would definitely stay here again.

Edward and Heather's place was great! Easy access to Brian Head resort navajo lodge. Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids was very comfortable with all the space and we loved having all the amenities. The indoor pool was empty after a day of snowboarding and my kids were very happy with the heated pool and hot tubs. I didn't plan on doing any laundry during our stay but it was so convenient, I couldn't resist! LOL I ran a small load including all the swim clothes and got them clean, dry, and ready for our next destination. I will definitely stay here again when we visit Brian head. Thank you!
