Palm View Residence is a quiet, familiar and guarded place 300 meters from the main road. There are some nice restaurants and shops (7-Eleven, 24h) within 800 meters. More restaurants, pubs, banks, ATM's, dive shops, gyms, shops, etc are located at/around Alona Beach. THERE IS NO FOOD TO BUY IN THE RESORT ITSELF!

It is located in the quiet neighborhood, with a 24/7 security guard. It is a seven to eight minute drive to the new government center, restaurants, and malls.

Near from MC Donald's Drive Thru, 10 minutes away from Island City Mall (ICM). Along main road w/ public transportations. Quite and secured.
