Accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires, le logement est parfait . Grande chambre, Clim,cuisine et salle de bains indépendante. Nous étions avec des amis qui étaient dans l’autre maisonnette . Barbecue à notre disposition entre les2 maisons. L’environnement est calme .

We had an amazing stay at Sophia's House beautiful and cozy place! From the moment we arrived, David was incredibly warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home—he was very hospitable and always ready to assist us whenever we had any questions or concerns. He also helped us book a tour and ensured we were with a trusted and reliable driver/guide, which made our experience even more enjoyable and stress-free. The place itself is spotless, relaxing, and truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you again, David and Gem! Me and my whole family had a wonderful stay! The host was exemplary—kind, responsive, and incredibly flexible with our needs. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We felt very welcome and taken care of throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

Kevin and David are a great host. Our supposed to be check in at 2:00 PM but they were kind enough to let us drop off our things and store it in a safe plus as early as 9:00 AM. David was very accommodating, he toured us to the house and informed us everthing that we need to know during our stay. The entire house is very clean, and very comfy. We all had a very good night sleep because we got everything we needed, very cool aircondition, perfectly smelled linens and towels, thick blankets, soft pillows and very comfortable bed. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained plus, it is surrounded by fish ponds and a beautiful garden. In the veranda, we can see the very beautiful view of the seas and mountains of Dauis, no wonder that the place is called Terrace House because it does have a perfect view from the terrace. And lastly, Allen drove us to the port and was very kind and accommodating. We will surely book Terrace House unto our next Bohol trip!

Nous avons ADORÉ! La maison offre tout le confort nécessaire, est paisible et impeccable a seulement 10min à pied de la plage où il y a tous les restos, bars, activités, et petites boutiques. Un vrai luxe d’avoir eu cette piscine privée à cet emplacement et par cette chaleur. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Merci pour tout nous espérons y revenir un jour 🙏🏻

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vorallem muss man sagen Lebensmittel und Kleinigkeiten kann man in der Nachbarschaft kaufen. Hatten freundliche und ruhige Nachbarn. Rooms 1 and 2 are so nice. it really feels like home. Bathroom are so clean. We had a grand time at your place. Can I make a suggestion, maybe you can place a dispenser (mas economical) for both hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Also I hope you can provide hand towels and brooms with dustpan insight so that we can also do our share in cleaning. Overall, we're glad we saw ur place in Air BNB. Thank you so much . Ich habe das Haus für meine Familie gebucht. Lynette antwortet extrem schnell und hat viel Hilfe von sich aus angeboten und konnte uns immer eine super Lösung bieten ( zum Beispiel Van Vermietung und Touren). Auch als wir die Unterkunft nicht mehr hatten aber noch länger auf der Insel blieben, konnten wir weiterhin noch Fahrzeuge mieten. Außerdem konnten wir mit ihr spontane Änderungen sofort abstimmen und danken ihr wirklich sehr für ihr großes Entgegenkommen. Meine Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wifi war super stabil und schnell und das karaoke singen hat Spaß gemacht. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Vor Ort hat sie ein tolles Team! Für große Gruppen oder Familien ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

We enjoyed staying at Jeanielou's home. Her family was very accommodating and friendly. The home is very well designed, big area for family and friends to gather, and for us the location was perfect as we have family in both Ormoc City and Albuera. We will be back soon! Lemuel and Sheryl are very responsive and helpful. Their place is clean, complete, safe, and worth more than what you paid for. Although the map linked to the “Getting There” tab (via Google Maps) did not pin the exact location, Sheryl was very responsive in giving us clear directions. Highly recommended for affordable and comfortable staycation in Bacolod!

It was a great experience staying at Joel’s place. Me and my family enjoyed a relaxing afternoon with a swim and singing on their karaoke. Me and my boys loved that Pool table challenge as well as our little exercise in the gym. The car to use for 500 pesos made our food and snacks shopping easy. House is perfect for a big group. It is nice and tidy. Swimming pool is cleaned every after we use them. Caretaker is very helpful and always there when we needed her. I definitely come back again. Thanks so much!

As evident by Jan’s background, the technology that’s built-into the house reflects his love of technology! Almost everything is smart-driven, especially the electricity management because when you leave the house with the smart key, most power shuts down in the house, maybe except for the fridge??? - until the time that you put back the smart key in the slot it’s supposed to go back in. The a/c units in the bedrooms also didn’t cool down to the desired temperature(s) and mentioned it to Jan. The house is centrally located. It is cute and cozy for a group of 3-4 people. One thing to be aware of is that the second room and bathroom is only opened IF you rent the entire house with at least 4 people. Since there were only 3 of us, I had to pay for a 4th person so we can use the entire house. The one thing that we had to adjust and mentioned this to Jan during our stay was the supplies and toiletries. You can just Jan about it so he can explain what he does to cut the cost down.

The place is perfect for big groups and has complete amenities. The WIFI signal was great. It is also just near the local restaurants like Breakthrough & Tatoys. Ate Nene was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book in this place again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Private and beautiful. John the caretaker arranged the tours for us and all we did was relax and enjoy. Clean place and nearby restaurants by tricycle. Would stay here again next time.

Place is spacious and clean, its along the national highway so navigation is easy. Few minutes drive to food establishments. Highly recommended place to stay

A very nice cool, comfortable, spacious home. We enjoyed the cool ocean breezes downstairs with plenty of screened windows and the smart TV. Free brewed coffee maker was a very nice touch. The AC in the master bedroom is a high quality super quiet unit, comfortable king bed

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything was great from the beginning to the end. There were ample towels and linen, which is important for large families. Everything was exactly as described and we want to stay there again on our next visit.

Grace’s native house is really beautiful, with a wonderful privat garden, where you can retrieve and winde down after a day of explorations! I recommend to get a scooter to get around to the nearest beaches and to explore the town and surroundings. Grace was very polite, friendly and helpful. She checked in everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine was perfect for us! We stayed in the house with 7 people and had more than enough space for all of us. We had a wonderful time and miss this beautiful house already! Thank you, Grace for making us feel at home🙏

We have never rented such a well-equipped apartment or house. In this house we could cook, bake, everything was there. There was ripe fruit in the garden that was allowed to pick. We had a very pleasant time in this house and would stay there again and again.
