Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

Stefano is a great host, responsive and easy to communicate and helpful. The apartment is clean and fully equipped and completely renovated and is a modern house. It’s in 5 minutes walking distance from Metro B that is a big advantage in Roma. Highly recommended

Wir waren absolut begeistert! Eine liebevoll eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung. Die Gegend war schön, authentisch und überhaupt nicht touristisch, trotzdem war das centrum gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Gastgeberinnen waren super nett, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Eine der besten AirBnB Wohnungen in der wir je waren! Gerne wieder!

Muy bonita la casa y una zona con mucho transporte público para ir al centro. Unos anfitriones muy detallistas, dejan comida y todo tipo de necesidades que se agradece mucho. La única pega que pondría , por decir algo, es que por la mañana entra luz. En resumen , la estancia increíble y recomendaría este apartamento.

The pictures do not do this place justice. Hosts were extremely flexible and accommodating. Bathrooms were amazing, super comfortable beds. We would stay for over a month if we could!

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

L appartamento di Dario è veramente bello e confortevole. Ha una bella terrazza abitabile molto curata, come curati sono gli interni. Si vede che la casa è nuovissima, tutto funziona alla perfezione ed è molto organizzata. Ci sono condizionatori in tutte le stanze, ci sono 2 bagni, letti molto comodi. La zona è comodissima, ben servita con gelaterie, ristoranti,pizzerie e negozi. C'è una grande area verde a pochi passi e soprattutto c'è la fermata della metro di fronte all appartamento che in 5 fermate arriva a Termini e in 7 fermate al Colosseo. Veramente comoda come posizione sia per soggiornare che per visitare il centro di Roma. Grazie a Dario che è stato flessibile con check in e check out e grazie ai suoi genitori che sono stati carinissimi nell' accoglierci. Consigliatissimo

Isabella is an amazing host - was very flexible and quick to respond. I booked the place last minute and Isabella got it ready by my arrival. The place was spotless and clean. it had everything you needed and having a washer was a nice touch. The location is ideal for the north of Rome. You can walk around everywhere and there are amazing restaurants and bakeries nearby. The house itself is huge a lot of space and you don’t feel crammed. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful and the room is comfortable. Having coffee on the balcony was a nice touch.

Ottimo appartamento gestito da Mauro, che è un host davvero super! La località di Castel'Azzara è immersa nel verde, nella maremma e domina dalla sua altezza le colline circostanti. L'appartamento è a 15 minuti da borghi più turistici, arredato in maniera perfetta e offre tutto quello che serve. Mauro è un proprietario eccellente, prodigo di consigli e suggerimenti e molto cordiale. Stra consigliato!

I had an incredible 2+ months staying in this apartment! It was spacious, extremely clean, and in a beautiful location perfect for walks and checking out local restaurants and cafes as much as it was easy to hop on the metro a stone’s throw away to quickly get to the centre of Rome. I’ve already recommended this Airbnb to others I know who will be in Rome, as it really is the perfect place to situate yourself in for either a short or extended stay. Thank you so much, Alessio!

Simonetta è un host perfetto, che ti fa sentire come se stessi soggiornando da un’amica, sempre pronta a darti consigli ma lasciandoti privacy e libertà. Il posto è rigenerante per chi vuole tranquillità. I borghi lì intorno sono uno più bello dell’altro(Roccantica, Casperia), e Farfa (forse il più bello) dista a nemmeno mezz’ora. A circa 2,5 km consiglio Bar C’È , ottimo per pranzi (amatriciana assolutamente da provare) con vista fantastica e cene con pinsa favolosa e mega panini di hamburger oltre ad arrosticini ecc… La proprietaria Valentina fa la differenza… Insomma so dove soggiornare e mangiare quando avrò nuovamente voglia di staccare dal caos cittadino andare a comprare buon olio nei frantoi li intorno

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Le logement est conforme aux photos. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment magnifiques pour se détendre et se reposer. Prévoyez le répulsif à moustique pour la fin de journée et la soirée. Nombreux sites et chateaux à visiter à proximité. Je vous conseille le restaurant Le Fenice à proximité (menu à 15€ avec entree, pizza, dessert et café).

Excellent séjour chez Alessandro, je mets 5 étoiles car je ne peux pas mettre plus! Nous avons adoré l’appartement, la véranda et le jardin. L’appartement est moderne et dispose de toutes les commodités, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Bonne communication avec Alessandro qui a été arrangeant, serviable et réactif. Les instructions données pour l’accès autonome à l’appartement étaient claires et faciles. On s’y sent en sécurité car l’appartement est dans une résidence fermée et tranquille. Il y a un parking en face et des bons restaurants pas loin. L’endroit est un petit havre de paix à proximité du centre de Rome. Je recommande vivement, et je reviendrai!

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

Excelente lugar para la estado, lugar tranquilo, cerca a la estación del tren. Anfitrión amable y atenta siempre ante cualquier duda o consulta. Muy recomendado.

Cannot recommend this Airbnb more. So beautiful and the most amazing hosts. We felt at home and enjoyed every second of our stay. You truly feel like you are living in a dream. The pool was clean and the perfect way to enjoy the scenery.

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.
