There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Op een prachtige locatie midden in het bos staat ons heerlijke, knusse huisje, geschikt voor 4 a 5 personen. Het huisje staat op een kleinschalig en rustig park. De kernwaarden van het park zijn rust, natuur en privacy. Je vindt hier dus vooral natuurliefhebbers en rustzoekers. Op het park zijn verschillende voorzieningen aanwezig, zoals een receptie, buitenzwembad, tennisbaan en speeltuin. Het ligt aan de voet van de Lemeler- en Archemerberg en op ca. 6 km van het gezellige stadje Ommen.

Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Dieses wunderschön gelegene, freistehende Ferienhaus misst eine Wohnfläche von ca. 80qm und befindet sich auf einem ca. 400qm großen Grundstück direkt am Außenkanal des Ferienparks (kein Centerpark/ sondern ruhig und naturbelassen). Durch die Heckenabgrenzung zu den Nachbarn kann man seinen Urlaub sehr privat im Garten genießen. Die südwestlich ausgerichteten Terrassen bieten ausreichend Platz für entspannte Sonnenstunden und lustige Grillabende.
