It's a small 45 sq.m house 50m walking distance to the beach. It's a genuine beach house in the family farm at the eastern seaside suburbs of Kalamata. The direct access to the beach and the seaside palm trees sidewalk make the ideal set. Διαθέτει μπαλκονόπορτα ασφαλείας με κλειδαριά, σίτες και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στη νήσο Πρώτη. Η σουίτα είναι το ένα απο τα δυο μέρη της μονοκατοικίας, τα οποία είναι προς ενοικίαση. Είναι κατάλληλο για 2 άτομα και 1 βρέφος (δωρεάν σε παρκορεβατο)
