Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Καλώς ήρθατε στο όμορφο διαμέρισμα μας μόλις 10 λεπτά από την παραλία και το κέντρο της πόλης. Αυτό το ολοκαίνουργιο διαμέρισμα θα σας προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις για μία άνετη διαμονή στο νησί μας. Χωράει έως και 5 άτομα με 2 άνετα υπνοδωμάτια και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι. Η τοποθεσία είναι μοναδική καθώς συνδυάζει τη θέα βουνού και θάλασσας ενώ βρίσκεται μόλις 500 μέτρα από την εκκλησία του Αγίου Μακαρίου όπου διεξάγεται το έθιμο του ρουκετοπολεμου. It is spacious and consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The House is newly renovated and furnished with 5 single beds and a sofa, a desk, wardrobes, electric cooker and microwave, washing machine, etc. It has a terrace at the side of waterfront, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the harbor.

My apartment is a great place to unwind.Being on the upper floor there is always a cool breeze with lots of shade from the tall trees. Close enough to the port of chios that transportation is not needed. The city has created a new public park next to my home. It features a cushioned jogging track, exercise equipment and basketball courts. Facilities are available for all guests

Το Casa di Mare είναι ισόγεια, αυτόνομη κατοικία σε διώροφο κτίσμα, σε υψόμετρο 30μ. από τη θάλασσα, στον παραλιακό δρόμο του Βροντάδου, στη Χίο. Βρίσκεται σε μια περιοχή με πολύ πράσινο στο γειτονικό δασάκι και υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και τα Μικρασιατικά παράλια.
