We enjoyed Richards house for a week while spending time in Whangarparoa . It was perfect for us and affordable. We made fresh herb salads from the garden and loved the fresh honeycomb on vogel's toast in the morning. Fresh eggs and strawberries were a great bonus- Loved having all the doors open on a sunny day - a great beachy zen spot. Highly recommended . It's not 5 star swank... however it is down to earth comfortable and a much loved property with everything we needed. Beds very comfortable too.

Such a great house and in a great location! We loved everything about it. It was spacious, clean, and close to the beach. It was a perfect place to stay when in the Snells Beach area. Would have loved to stay longer if we could.

This is a fantastic place for the family to spend the holiday. It is immaculate and big, which suits a family's special occasion. We love the place, especially our kids, who enjoyed the swimming and spa pools. Not only that, but it is so close to the beach for swimming and surfing. There is a local park and soccer field that we usually walk to play or exercise. Lisa is a friendly host who responds promptly if we need help. This is one of the best holiday homes available in the area, and we would love to return there. It is very secure and private for us visitors. We extended our visit for another day as we all enjoyed and loved the place and the area. There were 10 of us altogether, and it was worth the money we paid, and I highly recommend this place. A nice house, large room with on suit on the top floor, a double room on the ground floor where the entrance, living room and kitchen are located and 2 bedrooms on a floor below that. Kane was responsive to everything and helped get things fixed after a storm even during Easter so it was much appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at Jo’s place. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Jo was an amazing host—super accommodating and always quick to communicate. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Auckland. Highly recommend!

Wow! What an absolutely magical and beautiful place to stay! The place itself is much bigger than it looks in photos and was absolutely spotless. Each bedroom was incredibly spacious, had it's own kitchenette (which was particularly helpful for parents of little ones they didn't need to come downstairs to the kitchen to make a bottle as everything could be done in their room), had it's own ensuite which is an absolute bonus and is situated in a peaceful area great for walks. Howard was absolutely fantastic with his clear and helpful instructions which were prompt and responsive. What a gold mine to have found in whangaparoa! We will absolutely be back again! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

We had such a lovely stay in Point Wells! The house had everything we needed and felt like a real home away from home. The beds were comfy, the spa under the stars was amazing after a big day, and the playground across the road was a huge hit with our toddler. We also really appreciated having the little store just a couple of doors down — so handy! It was the perfect spot for a relaxed family getaway. Thank you for having us!

we've stayed at 6 bachs in Piha now, and this is the best. not cheap, but you get what you pay for. great facilities, great decor and lots of nice touches and location is unbeatable with views over the beach. one thing is that the upstairs and downstairs are 2 separate units both with their own bathrooms and kitchens. this would be great for 2 couples, one with a kid or two, but the levels are not internally connected. we just had it for the two of us and never went to the lower level.

Great apartment in central Auckland. Close to many restaurants and cafes (Murdoch's being a standout). Had a ball.

Great place to stay. Close to bus stops and easy to get around without a car. Awesome hosts, even getting the place ready for earlier than expected check in. Highly recommended.

Spacious, Spotless, and Thoughtfully Designed Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely enjoyed our time at this well-thought-out apartment, located on the ground floor of the main house. The space was squeaky clean—inside and out—and beautifully maintained, which made us feel instantly at home. We were greeted with thoughtful touches like treats, coffee, and tea, and truly appreciated the early check-in offered due to our early arrival. The apartment itself is spacious, light, and airy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. There’s a lovely backyard with a table to sit and unwind, although we didn’t get a chance to use it during our stay. While there's no parking on the property, we easily found street parking right outside the gate. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance, which was a bonus. Overall, a wonderful and welcoming stay—would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient base!

We had a lovely stay at Josh’s apartment in Ponsonby. It was close to everything, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The place was clean and tidy and we were very comfortable there. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed here once before and great value, walkable to CBD but in a nice quiet area. Nice tidy apartment. Will book again.

Loved the apartment! It looks exactly as the pictures. It is very comfortable, has looks of space and is beautifully decorated. I also loved having 2 balconies and the washing/drying machine was an added bonus and very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and I really appreciated the different types of pillows. It was also very quiet, so I was always able to get a good nights sleep. The apartment is in a great location, close to everything. I also felt very safe in the apartment. In the evenings you can only access the building with your key fob. You also need it to get access to the elevator. So this made me feel very safe, especially while traveling alone. I had great communication with Hannah. She always replied fast and I also really loved the video she sent a few days before check-in showing how to access the apartment and different details of the apartment. That is a great idea! Will definitely recommend this apartment to others. Loved it!

We loved our stay at Gay’s pool suite. The decorations were so charming, the gardens lush, the pool so fun right outside. And Gay made a bunch of garden games available to our kids which was awesome. Everything we needed was there. It was a lovely stay.

Our family of 4 had a great holiday in Auckland at Jon's place. The place was located quite centrally and within walking distance to Britomart and Wynyard Quarters. The place was spotless clean and had everything you could possible need. There were loads of amenities and bathroom basics. There were kitchen basics, coffee machine and snacks which was a very nice touch from Job. Best of all there we games and toys for the kids. The apartment is secure with ample parking and is right next to the park and grocery stores. It can get quite loud as it is on the main st when the windows are open esp on weekends which you need in the main living room and downstairs rooms because it doesn't have aircon but it was ok for us as the temp was coming down but it did get quite warm on some nights without aircon downstairs. Jon is an excellent host, very helpful, responsive and attentive. We felt right at home and would def stay here again if we come back to Auckland :) highly recommended

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Great location close to everything but still peaceful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The apartment was just what we needed. spacous, clean, tidy and close to the town centre.

Had an awesome time and stay. Extremely close to the town and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Irene and Neil were great hosts and very friendly.

Mathilde's place was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable with extra bedding available if needed. We did put an extra blanket on the bed as it was a little chilly. The shower and good pressure and water was nice and hot. The night light came in handy as it made getting to the bathroom very easy. It was an unexpected treat to wake up to the sounds of birds and no traffic noise. Was close enough to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The kitchen has lots of equipment if you decide to cook. Nespresso machine was appreciated for the morning coffee. We would stay again if in the area
