The front of the cabin has a huge front porch perfect for relaxing and large enough to play. Finished basement with queen bed tucked privately with a full bath. Dogs allowed up to 25lbs must be on a leash while outside

Cozy 2 bedroom home is located directly on the Kokosing river thought to translate from the Algonquin Indians and mean “River of the Little Owls.” The cabin is a short distance to Kenyon College, Apple Valley lake, Ohio Amish country and tons and tons of great parks, hiking trails, bike trails and hunting. We are pet friendly (additional $50 per stay, maximum 2 pets).

The cabin is located close to Amish county…there are lots of shops and restaurants within a short drive, with a spacious 7 person hot tub available for guests year round, as well as an outdoor and indoor fireplace for when weather is wintery.

There is a double bed with linens, tv, wifi, mini-kitchen with microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The stove is not working now. The Airbnb is located a few minutes from the OTET/Glenmont Trailhead. The Walhonding Hideaway is a 3 bedroom home on the Walhonding River. It sleeps 6 very comfortably and a 7th on the couch . While sipping coffee or cocktails on the deck you'll feel as if you are directly on the River. There is a beautifully landscaped bonfire area for nightly fires. You may even see Amish buggies stroll by some mornings. During your stay, consider taking the three rivers wine trail or spending the day in historic Roscoe Village.
