Our cleaning fee takes into account for 5 people, not 7-10. **We love hosting visitors and do not allow persons renting our home to host any type of “after party”, such as for groomsmen/bride

Included are a hair dryer, makeup mirror, complimentary soaps and lotions, and the softest towels we could find. The deck and hot tub complete the experience!

The Barn at Willow Oaks

When our son got married we converted our hay barn into a wedding venue with a built-in apt for them to use for a short time. It's now available for you to enjoy! The apt has one king bedroom with a full bath, a living area, full kitchen, half bath, a covered deck area along with an open deck area, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the farm, such as our stocked fish pond. We are in the country, but close to the interstate and the city of Oneonta. It's the perfect, peaceful country getaway!

Tiny Haven is a cozy tiny home nestled on our beautiful rustic farm overlooking Big Canoe Creek. Listen to the ripples of the creek while you enjoy your morning coffee on the beautiful deck. Enjoy exploring the property, play with some adorable and cuddly goats, and relax in nature with a hike through the woods or nearby at Big Canoe Creek Nature Preserve (only 2 miles away). This 422 acre preserve features miles of hiking, horseback riding trails, mountain bike trails, kayaking and more.

The Cottage @ Steele Magnolia is a newly renovated, cozy home just minutes off I -59 but world's away from the rat race. The cottage has one bedroom with a comfoy memory foam king bed, en-suite full bath with ceramic tub/shower combo, full chef's kitchen, nicely stocked and open concept living room. The front porch with Southern swing is great for morning coffee and the large back screened porch has outside dining & living spaces with smart tv. Guests love the charming outdoor spaces !

Clovers Cabin

Clover's cabin is a very cozy little place on Straight Mountain on a very curvy road. Update: We now have WIFI. Beautiful view in the winter, you can see for miles. Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Please read entire guest manual under INFO FOR GUESTS, POST-BOOKING DETAILS. Give Code word to confirm it was read. Thank you

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

Miles from Oneonta, Albertville and State Parks. New construction completed in July 2024 to provide an AirBnB to those who love peace and pastoral settings. This dog friendly space features 1.5 acres of fenced pasture for your pet as well as a beautiful view of the pond, located on the other 37 acres of the working farm. You can walk a short distance to feed the goats, sheep, ducks and pigs in residence on the property.
