This was our third trip to New Orleans with our kids and Edward's place is by far our favorite house! The location is great - a coffee shop a few houses down, park across the street, a few blocks to Magazine, not too far to St. Charles streetcar, and close enough to Audubon Park for my morning runs. There is so much to do nearby, it's also easy to get around the city via bus or streetcar, and there is plenty of street parking if you have a car. The house is amazing! It's clean, beautiful, and has plenty of space for everyone to spread out when they've had enough family time. There are plenty of towels, beach towels, kitchen/bathroom supplies, etc. We enjoyed the pool and lush backyard space every day (it was quite warm already in March). Edward and David are amazing hosts! Super responsive to any questions, great food suggestions, and made us feel right at home. Book this place! It feels more like staying at a friend's than a typical rental. We hope to come back soon!

If you are ok with something close to everything, but not in the middle of anything, then rent this place. It is lovely, Deborah was lovely. It was comfortable, it was easy, it was great place to spend the weekend. To be clear we were not there to party and did not want to be in middle of the French quarter. So if you are, then maybe this is not the right place for you. But we were never more than 10-15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go, and for us it was perfect.

We had a great stay! The instructions were very clear and I appreciated all the safety measures. It was close enough to the French Quarter for a quick ride to and from. There was great communication and we enjoyed the space!

What a great house! Newly renovated, Alleshia’s house is large, warm, well-appointed, and each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom. The location is perfect - easy walking to all the great restaurants in Bywater and close to the Marigny and French Quarter. We would stay in this house every year!

Great stay. Loved the neighborhood and Airbnb. Dana was extremely helpful too throughout.

Was in a great location for getting to the sights- able to walk to The WWII museum, The Garden area and The French Quarter- the street car was available l if needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

It was a charming place to stay while visiting family and friends.

The unit was great, clean and just what we needed. There’s a neighborhood market and a great little coffee spot just around the corner with great breakfast. The location was very close to public transportation and takes a quick 20-minute bus ride to get to the French Quarter and river tours. The hosts were very accommodating and graciously afforded us a last-minute late checkout. We will definitely book again when we return to NOLA. Thank you!

Amazing place & location. Loved this area and found lots of great food and people around. Can’t wait to come back. Would definitely stay here again. Brian was very flexible with check-in and I appreciate that, got to hit the ground running when I landed.

Gorgeous building and great apartment. Good size spaces and everything you need. Loved that it had an outside area too where we could sit out with a morning coffee. Nice quiet area with local cafes and shops. Convenient to get into central locations too.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. We would love to return for a second stay and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Kenny

very cute place with a lot of NOLA charm which my wife who spent 10+ years in NOLA loved. Tim is very responsive and helped us by setting up a pack n play and a high chair for our little one before we even got there. the place is primely located near magazine street where there are tons of fun places

Algiers pointe was perfect location to access French quarter, etc, while a peaceful retreat from the city by ferry. Ferry location very walkable from BNB. Most importantly, Dionne was the perfect, responsive host. Her place reflects great taste and charm. Love the New Orleans flair! Beds were comfy. Slept well. TVs in each BR plus living room was plus. Neighbors were super friendly and personable. Felt like home and Dionne made us feel like visiting relatives! NOLA is a magical, unique and special city. So is this spot. Bathroom upstairs, so might not be everyone's choice. Also, due to dependency on ferry, might be challenge for those travelling car less and wanting to take in the nola nightlife. Otherwise, book this charmer and enjoy! Say hello to the next door neighbors while you're at it!

Its a wonderful, old, quirky space that has been updated and is totally functional and roomy. The location is perfect for access to the various neighborhoods in NOLA. Very close to good restaurants, short walk to the Quarter etc. The C unit is up three flights of stairs (which I missed in the pictures and description) which wasn't really a problem except we had one person in a "boot". Otherwise it was clean and safe, functional and historic. So all in all very nice.

We loved the location! Comfortable beds, safe building, well equipped space. Brad was very responsive and kind! We’d recommend!

The Natchez room was very clean and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The location is within walking distance (1/2 mile) of the French Quarter, Bourbon St, WWII Museum, and multiple excellent restaurants. No real negatives to the location or the building.

Beautiful Experience

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing stay in New Orleans! Gigi's place was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to downtown NOLA and the French Quarter, but far away enough where it was quiet and peaceful at night. Gigi was incredibly responsive and gave some great local recommendations that really made the trip special. I especially loved the outdoor deck overlooking St. Charles Ave, as well as the architecture and charm of Gigi's condo. Overall, we'd would definitely stay here again.

This a perfect location. Easily walkable to Bourbon St, river side, and French Quarter, but it’s removed enough to avoid the noise. Loads of restaurants nearby. There are two bedrooms, but the one bedroom only has thin sliding doors so the noise easily transfers out. Having two bathrooms was so nice. The place doesn’t have a smart TV. It has an old school TV with cable. The music channels all lagged and skipped, so bring a bluetooth speaker if you plan on listening to music when you’re enjoying time in the condo. The hose was fantastic and super quick to respond. We asked for recommendations for grocery, liquor, tour pickup, etc. and within minutes we received a very detailed response. Highly recommend this place for your stay in New Orleans.

Second time staying here in less than a year! This is always my first option! Very convenient location.

Great location! I think the reviews underestimate how walk-able the location is to restaurants, Bourbon Street, French Quarters. There are plenty of cute, little coffee shops and markets nearby, too.
