A spacious, peaceful and private retreat in Warkworth. You will have your own entrance, bathroom, and private deck overlooking a beautiful garden. No cleaning fee as you pay enough of those already ..15 mins walk or 3 min drive to Warkworth village, its beautiful river, restaurants and cafes. Tea and coffee-making facilities, bar fridge, microwave and toaster but no full kitchen. I have a quiet dog who gets on well with people, and other dogs. 1 dog ok for a $30 pet fee but no cats sorry.

Braemar Cottage is a fully self-contained spacious unit in the lovely Snells Beach. It has a gorgeous ocean view over Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is about an hour's north of Auckland and perfect for a quiet relaxed getaway. There are plenty of things to do nearby from visiting charming country cafes and wineries, or shopping at the local farmer's markets, or even taking a day trip to explore Kawau Island. If you want to explore or relax closer to the cottage, the beach is only 500m away.

Views and convenience at Snells Beach.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.
