Right on Lake Champlain, the main house is ideal for 1 couple, w/ room for an occasional visit of a couple or individual, pre-approved, @ $100 pp, per night. We (the owners) live in a separate apartment downstairs, w/ separate access. Enjoy sunsets from our private beach, swim or paddle, walk to the town beach for tennis or pickleball, ride the Bike Path, explore local trails, or head to the hills. Slackers just hang out.
