This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, Starz, Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, & a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets & no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guests.

The Parsonage - 3 Bedroom house w/ FULL kitchen

This 3 bedroom house is great for families and small groups looking for an affordable stay outside the hustle and bustle of the city while still being just a 30 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of PCB. Conveniently located closer to the airport (ECP) than most stays, the parsonage makes flying in and out of Panama City more accommodating to your travel needs. Equipped with a full kitchen and just a 16 minute drive from the nearest town, the parsonage may be the perfect place for you!

The Treehouse: Peaceful Cabin Near to PCB and 30A

Gulf, river or secluded forest.. we have it all. Just 20 minutes from Panama City Beach, and 30A. There is a boat launch, and kayak/paddle board park just 2 miles away on the Choctawhatchee River. Enjoy your morning coffee in our breakfast nook overlooking pristine greenery. Miles of uninterrupted forest create a peaceful surrounding especially when evenings are spent by the firepit. Reclaimed cypress walls create a cozy feel and makes this the perfect home base for your Florida adventures.

The Honey Hole

Welcome to the Honey Hole- a bass slayers dream! Nestled on the edge of White Western Lake, this duplex unit has everything you need to escape the city, all while maintaining proximity to a number of other desirable attractions such as the recreational bliss of Econfina Creek (approx. 12 mi), the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach (appox. 25 mi), and the otherworldly experience of the Florida Caverns (approx. 50 mi). Guests must be 25+ years of age or minors accompanied by an adult.

Latitude Adjustment

This is a beautiful lake side home with some of the best sunsets in Florida. The home is set up with all the conveniences that you would expect a home to have. You'll come in to an open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Room. The master bedroom has it's own bath and walk-in closet. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom. A washer and dryer are available. The home also has a Florida room that looks out on the lake (Awesome sunsets!). One of my favorite places is the dock on the lake.

This is a smaller space but is very functional and comfortable. Only 50 minutes from Panama City's white sand beaches and 7 minutes from Chipley, it's conveniently located for those wanting to explore.
