Rafting en aguas bravas y barbacoa
The White Salmon River flows through a collapsed lava tube coming off Mt. Adams, a designated Wild and Scenic area - it's stunning. Expect to paddle several rapids, the size of the rapids and length of the trip changes with the seasons. Shorter trip length and larger rapids during high water spring time. We'll meet at Northwestern Park just outside of White Salmon WA, across the river from from Hood River. It's an hour and a half from Portland in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. We'll be rafting the White Salmon River, an estuary of the Columbia. After introductions we'll outfit you with a wetsuit, wetsuit booties, helmet and personal floatation device. We'll then take a short van ride to the put in. After an informative river orientation talk we walk down a path to the river, the noise of the rapids ever growing as we descend! Three hours later we'll be back at our cars; Photos of the trip as well as merchandise will be for sale. You may choose to bring a picnic and relax in the park after our trip or check out downtown White Salmon and Hood River. I love this river and sharing the experience and I look forward to seeing you soon! ~Scott Other things to note Your experience may just be your group on a raft with your guide or some new friends may join! Sometimes up to 7 rafts may go depending on who joins that day. We go rain or shine, expect to get wet!

*parents with young children please do watch them closely when handling bunnies. Don’t stick your fingers in the cage, they will bite.* In general-We will learn about all the farm animals here, ducks, chickens, bunnies and goats. But this will depend on the age of the guests. We provide feeds for the animals, but also welcome any fresh vegetables or food donations. Hands on experience with the rabbits and handling them. So many fun stories and love therapy, you will feel so loved just looking at these cute fur balls hopping around! Bonus~baby ducklings and chicks in the spring. Or eggs hunting! * * * If you want to adopt them as pets, I will make sure you pick a right bunny and learn to care for them, if you can’t own a pet, simply enjoy them here and not have to do the work. They will melt your heart. Come and hold the babies or simply spend time with them you will feel so loved. This is a great experience for adults and kids alike! Other things to note: Remember to wear old farm clothes and boots. **We got a huge 9 feet*28 feet green house that keeps you out of rain and cold. Rabbits do kick and scratch because they are prey animals, and get scared easily, please do not chase them. Let them come to you! Baby bunnies are fragile, parents with young children are responsible for watching them when handling.i

La finca Tiny Hearts
When you get here we will immediately go into the goat, mini horse, mini donkey, mini cow and pig pasture and love on them. We can also feed the Alpacas and Chickens. Sometimes they do get full in the afternoon so feeding may or may not happen. While visiting I will be actively working in the fields, but am always ready to answer question you may have. Because I am an animal sanctuary I take in all animals. Most are super loving, but some require special instruction to interact with. Parents please help kids follow the rules so everyone remains safe. Please wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind a dirty on, especially in the rainy season. Boot are VERY recommended. Even if it isn’t raining there is thick mud to walk through. This is a true animal farm. Poop, mud, and dirt are apart of it. We operate rain or shine and do not cancel for rain unless it would be unsafe to attend. We now offer fresh eggs for sale when available. If you want to reserve a dozen , let me know before your visit. We can also do birthday parties. If interested in any of these, let me know and I will get your more details Also, don’t forget to follow Tinyheartshomestead on Instagram to see what’s new at the farm A reminder you are visiting an active farm and animal behavior is unpredictable. By booking you waive liability for injuries that occur during the experience.

Our day trip will take you on a special journey; we’re going to have fun, eat well, walk in the wild, and show you our favorite parts of the National Park. We keep our groups small; you may join a few other explorers (we limit our trips at ten guests) from all over the world. We’ll pick you up from downtown Seattle at a stop convenient to you, then we head for the mountain! We’ll stop along the way to stretch our legs and have a little breakfast, coffee and tea. In the National Park we’ll see giant old growth trees, icy waterfalls, and watch for elk, bears and birds. We’ll ditch the van to explore several mellow trails and share secrets of the volcano’s diverse ecosystems and wonder at some of the most pristine and stunning wilderness in the world. Ruta a las cataratas de Snoqualmie y Twin Falls
This experience includes visiting two different waterfalls and includes over 1 mile of hiking. This is a unique opportunity to venture into the temperate rainforests of the Cascades. To breathe in the fresh air of the forest and see trees that are several hundred feet tall and equally as old. This is an experience for someone who is interested in getting a workout in the morning. The short trip includes ecological as well as cultural interpretation of the natural areas visited. It is a truly unique experience to be immersed in the cascade mountains.
Recorrido culinario por el mercado de Pike Place
We will take you on a culinary tasting adventure of Pike Place Market. We will be stopping at 9 different artisanal vendors; learning about local production and tasting your way through the flavors of the Northwest. Other things to note: The tour takes place rain or shine. Please email if you have dietary restrictions. Not all of our routes stop at the same places in Pike Place! We do book private tours for 9-15 people. Please direct message us to learn more. Our team also conducts a, more off the beaten path, tour on Fridays and Saturdays of South Lake Union. There are small bites over many stops and limited places to sit down. This experience requires a medium physical fitness level due to hills, stairs and uneven terrain. We do cover some distance and the market is crowded during the Summer. Lastly, due to our tight schedule and wanting to show you as much of the market during a short time, we don't have time to shop during the tour. We encourage you to come back after the tour with your discount card to make purchases.
Adornos navideños con soplado de vidrio
This is a very interactive and creative glassblowing experience for you to experience, learn about and enjoy the techniques of glass-blowing (aka "lamp-working) in a personal, one-on-one setting. We keep our group size to only 4 people at a time so that you have a truly one-on-one experience with a lot of hands-on time on the torch. (for groups of 4 the experience will be approx. 3 hours). Also, if the published time slot does not work for you on the day you want to come, just send us a message! :-) Once you arrive, you will go over what ornaments you want to make, size, colors, etc. Once you and Jason have the "blueprint" laid out, Jason will demo each ornament first. Then, you get to make your ornaments with Jason's guidance (limited to basic ornaments). If you do not feel comfortable on the torch, you can have Jason make the ornaments for you, or he can do the difficult parts. It's entirely up to you how much or little you want to do; however, you will be under the hands-on guidance and supervision of Jason at all times for your safety. Ornaments that Jason demos are available to purchase at a hefty discount. Other things to note: We are 50 miles north of Seattle. Northbound traffic is heavy, even on weekends. Please allow yourselves plenty of time to get here. Glassblowing is a physical activity - if you have health issues, please reconsider.
Paseo refrescante en velero por Seattle y el estrecho de Puget
There is a sense of magic in setting your sails, allowing the wind to carry you across water. I will gently encourage everyone to take a turn steering the boat, to feel the uniting force of wind and water. After all these years, I still find it enchanting. Choose your time. I offer a "Morning on the Sound" sailing cruise . . . a "Midday Cruise" . . . and a wonderful "Sunset Cruise." We will leave the dock at Shilshole Bay Marina, motor out past the city’s famed Golden Gardens Park, watch for sea lions loafing on the Meadow Point buoy, and then set sail, heading West across Puget Sound toward the magnificent Olympic Mountains. Along the way we will watch for schools of Dahl’s porpoises, orcas, seals, jumping salmon, bald eagles, herons, and other wildlife. (I once saw an eagle dive beside by boat, extending its claws to capture a salmon just below the surface that was so large it took several strong wing beats for the eagle flying just a foot above the water to slowly regain altitude for what must have been quite a feast.) On the Sunset Cruise, we will keep a careful watch as the sun sets behind the Olympic Mountains, for the resulting lightshow is something you will want to capture on camera. As the sun drops behind the well-named Mount Olympus and other peaks in the range, it often illuminates the clouds into glorious colors.

Seattle Coffee Culture Tour
Seattle and coffee: how did it all start? And what is the city’s coffee scene like nowadays? Join us on this walking and tasting tour of the Capitol Hill neighborhood, a haven of Seattle’s best coffee joints! Capitol Hill is one of Seattle’s most vibrant neighborhoods, known for its food and drink scene, nightlife, and, of course, its diversity of coffee shops. With a local guide, you’ll have the chance to enjoy the basics – from a finely made, quality espresso – to coffee infused with more unique ingredients. We may even get to try a Seattle original which will please your taste buds with chocolatey and zesty flavors. At each stop, you will get to know the history behind Seattle’s obsession with coffee, the low-down on all of those confusing terms and processes, and even potentially visit a functioning roastery! You’ll come away with an appreciation for the third-wave coffee scene, the industry’s and local shops’ strive for sustainability, and everything that goes into creating a communal space for socializing, work, or fun. Along the way, you’ll hear about Seattle’s counterculture and legendary music scene, which go hand-in-hand with coffee culture. We’ll pass by historic music venues as well as plenty of places your guide can recommend to eat, drink, and play following the tour.
Sal a buscar setas en Darrington
We will meet at a cafe and start off talking about the most popular foraged mushrooms in the pacific northwest. We will talk about the habitat we are looking for and then head into the forest for a mushroom walk We will find both edible and inedible mushrooms on our walk. We will talk about how to identify some species good for beginners, and what tools I use for to scout areas, and identify mushrooms as I find them. We will spend about 2 hours walking through the forest both on and off trail. We will gather certain mushrooms for further inspection and if we come across choice edibles, we can take a selection of these back with us as well. It is difficult to predict when and where mushrooms are fruiting and I can't guarantee we will find meaningful quantities of edible mushrooms. This is an educational trip first, and foraging only if we are fortunate enough. Peak mushroom season in the Darrington area is in October but we should be able to find some mushrooms throughout the year. Please ask if you would prefer to meet at one of these other locations where I also offer tours - Darrington (this experience) - North Bend - Skykomish Hwy 2 Area - NE Rainier area - South Rainier - Packwood

Mushroom Tour Northeast Rainier
I would like to take you on a walk in forests in NE Rainier to look for mushrooms. You will learn how to find them, when/where to look, how to recognize popular edible mushrooms, and how to safely forage We will meet in Greenwater then drive to the nearby National Forest. We will spend about 2 hours walking through the forest and will take time to talk about any edible or inedible mushrooms we find. During our walk you will have plenty of time to ask questions about all things mushrooms including where I like to go, mushrooms as medicine, cooking, growing, and how mushrooms work with trees. Mushrooms are unpredictable, and their abundance is heavily dependent on temperature and rain. We can find mushrooms all year long, I cannot guarantee that we will find a large amount of edible mushrooms. Peak mushroom season in this area begins with the return of autumn rain and slows down as the ground begins to freeze in November. I also offer alternative Airbnb Experiences in the following locations. Please ask if you would like to schedule at a different time or Experience - Darrington - North Bend - Skykomish - Packwood
