Just four quiet blocks to the Washougal River and over 16 miles of gorgeous PNW trails. We both work from home so we have the best fiber internet available. We're pretty quiet except when we are in the attached stained glass studio or laughing together. We welcome everyone, LGBTQ, traveling nurses, or anyone who wants to explore the Portland area.

“The Guest Cottage” is above the garage & next to the main house on a 3 acre lot. Owners’ family lives next door. There’s a second Airbnb unit available to rent if you need room for more guests. Main space: queen bed, couch/TV & eating area. Kitchenette: microwave, mini fridge, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker & tea pot. Full, private bathroom includes toilet, sink, & small shower. 3 mini rooms: 1 twin bed & desk each. Porta crib, hot tub, backyard, & covered pavilion available upon request.

Supplies of tea, coffee and chocolate provided. Queen size bedroom loft with a trundle bed downstairs. Amenities include indoor shower and kitchenette.

Our home is light, cheerful, and nearly 2000 sq. ft. The large deck is perfect for barbecues and is nested in trees. The gas fireplace and TV in the family room make it cozy. The full kitchen boasts an island bar and a small kitchen table. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a queen bed and spacious bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms each contain an antique double bed with a full bathroom in between. A comfortable queen hideabed is downstairs, as well as a half-bathroom.

Walking down the path from the parking area you will see the confluence of Canyon Creek and the Washougal River and cabin nestled amongst cedar trees where you will be staying. The cabin was originally built in the 1920's as a vacation home for a predominate Portland Judge. A century later and the spirit of this escape is alive and well with a full remodel providing modern amenities in a beautiful and rustic setting.
