As you enter the space, there is a shared laundry/mud room (with me) then you enter the apartment through a locked french door off the laundry. There is a family room with queen size futon and TV, a large bedroom w/queen bed, closet, desk and dresser, NEW egress window, kitchen w/ fridge, microwave, oven & coffee maker, and a full bathroom.
