Casa Colina is a quaint townhome located in one of the most desired neighborhoods in Farmington in a quiet cul-de-sac. Constructed in 2025, everything is brand-new at Casa Colina, including the flooring, appliances, and furniture. Casa Colina has an open floor plan of 1517 sq. ft. with enough space to hold up to 11 people on 6 beds, including a pull-out couch in the living room. El Nido Apartment at Totten Lake

El Nido is a second-story apartment on a lake-front property, with panoramic views and a wrap-around patio. This two-bed, one-bath contemporary apartment is named El Nido (Spanish for "the nest"), because of the abundant wildlife in the area, including resident bald eagles nested across the street in a designated wetlands. The space is fully furnished and is new construction as of the summer of 2024. The owners have a workshop and office space on the first floor, with occasional day use.

Willow House is a single wide vintage trailer (circa 1974) with an addition on the front and a deck/porch out back with a tightly fenced yard. We have refurbished and remodeled this home. People have called it charming, cozy and peaceful. Willow House is decorated in a unique vintage way.
