It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

My apartment is contemporary, compact and very comfortable. The property is situated in Blundellsands which is quiet and leafy. Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.

Our approach of using white and wooden tones for the majority of the materials helps the guests to feel the relaxed, neutral, warmth of the interior. White marble tops adorn the spacious kitchen area, whilst different lights differentiate the areas in the apartment. It’s twocottages and it’s two and a half miles from city centre. It has a lake and park at each end of the lane. 7 minutes walk to about 40 restaurants. There is a restaurant next to the cottages. Or use the kitchen here. Almost everything is new and it is a pleasure to live here. Public transport is on this lane but a cab would be maybe £8 to town.
