This house is beyond beautiful! Makes for the perfect weekend getaway. The built in speakers were a favorite! Can’t wait to come back.

This space worked great for us! Christine was very communicative and helpful when needed and the house was exactly what we needed. This will work great for anyone who wants the basic needs at a fantastic rate.

OMG The Manor at Boho Ridge was the perfect AirB&B for me and my friends for another friends son’s wedding near by. My friends were blown away at how beautiful this house is. The amenities, cleanliness & comfort that this house offers is second to none. I’ve been to a few AirB&B’s lately and this house was stocked beyond compare both in the kitchen & all the bathrooms. I probably don’t have to return to Maine anytime soon but if I did this would be the place I would choose. If you’re choosing a house in the area this is the one. Highly recommended for families or groups. We were 8 people and had room for at least 2 more if not 4 more.

Cannot thank Brianna enough for allowing us to rent her place for Reggae Fest. From the townhouse, to the decor, to the skiing, to her communication and selflessness, this was truly one to remember. As a 10yr skier of Sugarloaf, making the pilgrimage to Reggae Fest every year… this was undoubtedly the best weekend that we have had in 10 years. Thank you so much.

Chris was a great host! He was very responsive and the house was beautiful. My friends and I really admired the home. Highly recommend staying here! Especially during peak foliage season.

MAGIC. My husband spent a long weekend in the winter at this place and the property, house, and hosts were awesome. XC ski trails are right outside the front door. They were super well maintained and it was easy to rent equipment right on the property. The restaurant and beer garden is delicious. We ate there several nights and they have healthy options. The house had everything we needed including lots of linens and towels and extra blankets. The kitchen was well equipped. The hosts were super responsive via chat and very friendly. Looks like it would be really fun in summer but we had a great winter weekend.

What a great place! Truly a few steps out the door and your clicking on your skis to access the lift! Very spacious, plenty of room for the family to spread out. Easy parking, super clean and well stocked with bath towels as well as paper products; everything you need to make for an easy stay. You will not be disappointed with your choice to stay here!

Lani’s place was amazing for our weekend getaway up to Sugarloaf! There were 6 of us and it was very spacious, yet so homey and cozy. The hot tub was a great addition — especially after a long day of skiing! The shuttle service to the mountain was very convenient too. Lani was very responsive and helpful. We will be going back again soon! Definitely don’t pass up this place!

Eric was an excellent host! He provided clear communication, rules, and a detailed explanation on how to find the unit! The unit was well cleaned, and was well above par for amenities! We enjoyed our stay amd look forward to possibly staying again next year!!

The house is amazing! Our daughter loved watching the chickens in the morning and we enjoyed sitting on the porch at night. We also enjoyed reading about the eco-friendly construction of the house. Very inspiring!

This is an awesome house on East Pond. Dock, swimming platform, kayaks, paddle boat, fire pit. View of distant mountains from the dock. East Pond is clear and large. We saw several eagles. Osprey and loons are ever present. Mark was a great host with excellent communication. Arrival was quite flexible. Home is comfortable and well equipped.

The apartment was clean and well stocked. The gas fireplace was cozy. The ski storage and parking were convenient. Matt was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Matt!

We were exhausted but finally got to the yurt & it was incredible. Felt like 100 acres all to ourselves / our dog! We slept most of the time but the little exploring we did / our dog was just beautiful, quiet, relaxing!

This was our second time staying with Maine forest yurts. Last year we stayed at the zen den and this year at fisher ridge. Just like last year the yurt did not disappoint! We love the friendly hosts and the beautiful area in which the yurts are located. Fisher Ridge yurt is very clean and spacious. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing in the ponds! I even caught a pickerel! My first freshwater fish (after getting my Maine fishing permit of course)! Jess and I want to make our visit to the yurts an annual experience and I cannot wait for next year! Thank you again!

The house looked great in the photos but it’s even nicer in person. Spotless, roomy, beautiful view, easy ski-on / ski-off, fireplace, nice kitchen, two king beds plus two rooms with bunk beds for the kids, large dining area. We hope to return soon.

Lauren’s place was the perfect place to stay for a ski weekend, Once we checked into the place we did not have to drive anywhere as the shuttle service picked us up right at the end of the road and we could ski all the way back to the place.

We had a great time, nice tucked away cabin, hot tub was fantastic, and the space is super cute. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

This place was ABSOLUTELY beautiful! It was very spacious and homey for group of friends. Would definitely recommend this place. Also if you’re planning on visiting during summer time, make sure you bring a fan to help regulate the temperature in your room especially for the room with the bunk beds. There was a ceiling fan in the living room and it helps a lot. We had a lot of fun in the basement with the pool table and darts. Overall we all had a great time and looking forward on staying here again!

So you know the Host at this cabin is very attentive and really keeps a close eye on the safety of your stay at this cabin on the Mtn, almost a mile into the woods. Trudy wants you to have a successful new experience roughing it, and roughing it is not always easy… so only plan to stay there for this kind of adventure you already like to experience or thing you would like to have. We go because we know what to expect! Bon Voyage! This cabin in the woods is a cool place to go to and allows you some space to breathe fresh air away from the busyness of your daily world. It is peaceful and calm and always resets my mind and reduces distress!

We had a lovely stay! The house was clean, roomy, comfy and had beautiful views of the nearby mountain range. Our host Kara was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Would love to return again soon.

Amazing cozy cabin minutes from the slopes on Sugarloaf. Amenities were spot on. I did not use the shuttle service and opted for parking at the mountain and found no issues if you went early. Very close to groceries and hiking trails. Highly recommend for couples or solo skiers!

This was my second trip to Loons Calling Eco-Cabin and Homestead and much like the first time, it did not disappoint! I brought my husband up this time, as a forced vacation, and have not seen him so relaxed in a long time. We spent most of our stay at the cabin fishing, kayaking, or swimming, and when we weren't on the water, we bicycled and took long walks around the pond. I've stayed at many AirBNBs, for different types of family vacations/events, and Loons Calling Eco-Cabin and Homestead is by far the most peaceful and serene place you could ask for when you just want to get away from it all! The host, Holly, and the caretaker, Taylor, are really friendly to communicate with and very responsive when you have any questions. My husband and I will be returning to the cabin, when time permits, to enjoy some more peace and quiet and to just sit and listen to the Loons.

This was our return to this property. Was worth the return. Cabin was spotless and had everything needed as far as utensils, linens. towels etc. The property is very private and quiet. Lots of areas to hike, and boats and fishing tackle for the lake. Restaurants and activities in nearby towns are worth the short drives. Thanks to the host and we would recommend this property to all who want to get away without (really) roughing it.

Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful cabin and location. My three grown children—and their partners and dogs—descended on the place from all over New England to share a special event. From kayaking and paddle boarding beneath a soaring bald eagle and watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee on a patio surrounded by daffodils and birdsongs, to cooking meals together in the well-appointed kitchen while a river otter played in the rain, every day became a special memory for us. I am ever so grateful to Rachel for putting such thought, care, and hard work into this charming space.
