Barndominium: Finger Lakes Gateway & Hobby Farm

This is a complete 800 sq ft Barndominium that is part of a newly built barn. Although the original design was not for a living space, a returning adult child made the transformation into what it is today. We are delighted to share this area with visitors who want to enjoy the flexibility of seclusion on the 50 acre hobby farm and use this as a base camp to enjoy the surrounding sites. This is wine country for sure! Within 8 miles is the Glider Capital of the world as well as historic Corning.

Sleep to the sound of your private waterfall in this cabin made for two. 12 miles from Ithaca and central to all that the Fingerlakes has to offer, less than one mile from the only National Forest in New York State, a 15 minute drive to either Seneca or Cayuga lakes, Waterfalls and of course the renowned wine trails. No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.

The Bird House @ Camp Dogged (#59-4)is a tiny home experience. We call it the Bird House because every window you look out you see eagles, ducks, geese, birds as well as other wildlife. The unit is a RV Park Model, which is self contained with a private fenced in patio and grill. The unit sleeps 4 and includes 2 bedrooms - master with a queen and the open loft with 2 twin beds. There is kitchen, full bath and living room. The patio has seating and a grill.
