The porch is a special place to enjoy; this peaceful woodland setting is a great place to observe wildlife.

At the Garden Gate, a fully licensed and professional bed and breakfast, we hope you will find respite; a quiet place to rest, relax and reconnect. The 1905 Garden Cottage, carefully restored and beautifully appointed, will be your home while you are here. Enjoy the view of the cottage garden and its seasonal vegetables and flowers from your front porch rocking chair. Fresh baked cookies and chocolates will greet you upon arrival and you will enjoy a full gourmet breakfast in the morning.

Catch sunrises or fish at this 2/1 lakefront house with sandy beach and private boat house! This cheery cottage is perfect for sunrises with coffee or exploring beautiful Lake Sebring on kayaks (included with booking). Plenty of parking onsite (bring your boat trailer), you will love this oasis on the lake! We want your stay to be pleasant and carefree so we do not require our guests to do any dishes, laundry, or other cleaning when checking out. Our housekeeping crew will take care of you!

* Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, a full acre with a small pond! Only 45 minutes to most beaches. Beautiful country with small antique town and parks to explore. Private acre close to farm. Walk out the door and see farm animals and a lovely pond. 2 loft bedrooms with queen beds. Downstairs has a daybed. Kitchenette complete with fridge sink and cook stove. Outside bar area on one side and the other has a fire pit and hammock. So the WiFi iffy. . plenty of DVD’s!

Step away from the pressures of life and find refreshment and rejuvenation at our brand new, private 2/1 guest house tucked back down a quiet country road. Relax around the fire pit in the screened-in porch. Watch cows graze beneath the oak and sweet-gum trees. Smell the magnolia blossoms in the evening air. Listen to the call of whippoorwills and the howl of far-off coyotes at night. Enjoy the morning sunrise over the pastureland. Please note, we do NOT have a TV, but we do offer Wifi.

We raise USDA grass finished beef for purchase to enjoy while you stay or take home! You can also purchase our beef at the Highlands FARMERSmarket held on our property twice a month on Sundays from 10-2 pm Our tiny house is the perfect getaway to recharge your batteries! Please note that sometimes cell service, depending on the carrier, can be limited!
