Beautiful getaway right outside of Boston in a lovely town I would recommend Dean’s place to anyone visiting Boston that did not want to stay in the busy city but fairly close. The home was a unique with a great small back yard, parking, fire pit this tiny home is perfecto.

We had an amazing stay, first off, walking in the place smelled amazing and the clean relaxing decor and night lights made it so cozy. The beds were inviting and having two bathroom was the icing on the cake! It snowed while we visited but the yard is amazing!! It has outdoor seating, a grill, and fire pit. The landscaping is definitely professional and tasteful like everything else he provided. We can’t wait for warm weather so we can enjoy the outdoors more! Cute Vermont farmhouse that had everything that you needed. We enjoyed Cooking inn and hanging out in the living with the fireplace. The hot tub was so much fun after a cold day on the mountains. There is a cute little coffee shop and super market only 10 minutes away.

Stephanie was an Incredible host! The listing matched her description and the property looked even better upon checking in. Stephanie maintains this property really well and I couldn’t have felt any more at home. The home was clean and had a perfect cozy feeling to it. In addition, this was really close to the mountain, which made the getaway even better. I enjoyed the privacy and waking up to a nice snow dusting before my trip to the mountain. I highly suggested staying at Stephanie’s property if you’re looking for a quick getaway. I certainly will be looking to book again soon. Thank you Stephanie!

Dangerously cozy. Quiet at night, but not so secluded that it felt eerie. The cottage itself is stocked with every miscellaneous item you might forget—toothbrushes, soap, cooking spray, local maps, scissors, etc., and was clearly well-cared for and, beyond that, loved. We indulged in a game of Scrabble on a board from 1976: this isn’t any sort of apartment set. People have clearly lived here. Dave was accommodating and understanding when I made my first booking on AirBnb with him, requesting more information about my trip and myself without making me feel like I was under investigation. House is just perfect. Highly recommend booking with Dave.

We've stayed here several times and it has become a home away from home when visiting our daughter. We enjoy staying here because the place is so peaceful, clean, quiet and has all the comforts of home. This will continue to be our place of choice when visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay so much. What a comfortable home for our family vacation in the area. Karen was welcoming and we were so appreciative of the fresh baked goods. Everything was set for our stay with enough linens for everyone. We ran into Karen a couple of times during our stay and always was delightful and open to help with any suggestions. We found the town quaint and what we needed from a bookstore to places to eat. Nice quick walk to the water for sunsets. Easy drive into Boston as well as up to Rockport and Gloucester. We even found it smooth to attend the 250 of Lexington and Concord. We loved our days starting with coffee and quiet comfort and relaxing in the evening around the table with our family for some games. Highly recommend this home! Thankful for our hosts!

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

I chose to stay at Donna's a second stay because I appreciate the quiet neighborhood and very, clean comfortable home. Communication with Donna is easy and friendly.

This property is definitely within the top five Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful with no detail missed. The kitchen was impeccable with light snacks provided and coffee/creamer, which is a huge plus for me. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful, plush towels and a lovely washer and dryer set. The living room was very comfortable with a reclining couch. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m working in town.

Cold Comfort Farm offers a wonderful setting and view for anyone who wants a true New Hampshire experience. It reminded me of my youth growing up nearby. Jo was completely welcoming.

I own a cleaning business, so I’m picky. The place was immaculate. Many extras, so if you forgot a toiletry, chances are Susan has provided it. Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower. 2 tv’s, small fridge and a toaster oven. We would definitely stay here again.

Il soggiorno a casa di Molly è stato piacevolissimo. La casa è molto pulita e accogliente e la selezione di caffè eccezionale provvidenziale per la sveglia del mattino (grazie grszie grazie!). I dintorni di Ipswich sono tranquilli e ben servito con ristoranti e supermercati. Raggiungere Boston e i dintorni è estremamente comodo sia in auto che in treno. Consigliatissimo! Grazie Molly!!

We absolutely loved this air bnb. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to a restaurant, a nice, peaceful backyard. The back deck was the perfect place for morning coffee and the fire pit was a great thing to have for the still-cold April weather. Michael was very responsive when we reached out with a very minor request. The house was clean, organized, and well labeled! Lastly the largest bed was comfier than our bed at home, I haven't slept that well in months. Highly recommend, we will definitely return.

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for us and our dogs—plenty of room to relax, a fully stocked kitchen, and super comfortable beds. We especially loved the fire pit and cozy wood stove for chilly evenings, and the coffee setup was a great bonus in the mornings. Brooke was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

My husband and I went to Ossipee to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was cute, cozy, and exceptionally clean, with every amenity you could possibly need. Quiet, cozy cabin in a beautiful area perfect for a weekend away reset. Our dogs loved the area and walking trails and local pizza shop Anika's was delicious too!

What an awesome spot! We will most definitely be back and stay longer next time. Can’t say enough how accommodating and welcoming Michele and Mike were. We enjoy riding the atv trails in the area and this location is perfect for that. You can ride to the trails from the cabin. The river is awesome, can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy it more ! Very clean and cozy.
