Kingsdale Head Cottage

A farm cottage within a 1500acre farm with a focus on wildlife recovery, four miles from Ingleton village. A cosy cottage, featuring a lovely sitting room with log burning fire, kitchen/dining area, a utility room with shower room and a main bathroom. The cottage also has three bedrooms. Outside, a lovely patio area is ideal to sit out and take in the views. Nearby Ingleton provides good walks along the river and to the famous falls, plus easy access to the the famous Yorkshire three peaks

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

The stable flat is a unique space perfect for the avid walker or someone just looking for a base whilst out all day exploring , with our studio style living accommodation you will be perfectly rested each night ready to explore the beauty of the dale, with a fully equipped kitchen and private shower room you have everything you need at hand . Willans Studio is based on our working beef and sheep farm, it is a first floor studio with access from an outside staircase.
