Excellent stay, great hosts, wonderful home and location.

The house was beautiful! Everything was perfect and the hosts were very nice. We went on a family vacation and the home was perfect for what we needed. It is kid friendly. The pool area is nice great for entertaining the whole family. Everything was perfect! Thank you Jeff and Sandee!

Bang for buck is what you get with this stay. it was everything I hoped it would be and then some. Everything was nice and clean and easy to find and Zelijko was very responsive and helpful every stepmother the way. I would gladly recommend this stay and if ever in the area again would happily seek to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our week. The house was the perfect size for us. My husband loved just standing out on the dock with a fishing pole. The heron came around our last day to eat up his leftover bait. Very cool. Our only issues during the week were the bed & the tv. The bed is old & feels like lots of old foam. Very soft & uncomfortable. The only tv we could get to work was in the bedroom, but not a priority so we didn’t care much. Otherwise we enjoyed the water, the sun, the music. Great week!

The home is spacious, very clean and wonderfully appointed and comfortable. The complimentary food items and refreshments made us feel very welcomed upon arrival. The pool and hot tub were clean and a nicely sized. The kitchen included everything one would need to make meals and bedrooms and porches were very clean and comfortable. The surrounding yard and pond was well maintained and provided privacy to the house and pool. We could not have been happier with

It was just as described, clean, lay out was perfect. Over all location was perfect! downtown port richie is always hoppin, close to all beaches. Ya really cant ask for anything more. A night out, too a relax in the pool And a realistic price!

My two sisters and I relaxed in every beautiful nook of this artistic home, had coffee in the greenery of the back patio, with the lovely sound of seagulls and fountain. The outdoor shower and swim spa were so refreshing after a day of shopping at the Sponge Docks. The kitchen was fully equipped for a nice dinner in the colorful dining room, followed by a soak in the hot tub! Sunset Beach was easy to locate from the house, and we were spoiled by comfortable beds and cool a/c when we returned! Our host, Jacque, was a delight, anticipating our every need.

Our stay was great. The host was very accommodating to our short notice booking. The place was comfortable, clean, beautiful setting and everything we needed. We definitely will reserve this please again in the future.

Definitely a great place for the price, basic 2 beds 2 bath roomy Florida home. Everything was as expected also has double garage for added space!! I am on a budget as Abnb fees are high, and was very pleased

This was an extended stay of 3 months, and was well worth it. Jaime and Maya were great hosts. They responded very quickly and only as needed. The fence needed repair so my dog could be in it without me worrying he would escape, and the grill was not usable. Jaime fixed both issues promptly. I have done multiple long stays and this rental has had the best kitchen equipment I’ve encountered. It’s not all top notch quality but it’s a wide range of items that a home cook would need. Tons of dishes as well. For once, I wasn’t buying a ton of items to cook! All in all, this was a lovely stay with owners who care about the comfort of their guests. Thank you!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect; very close to Roger’s Park and perfect place to launch the kayaks to see the beautiful water in Weeki Wachee. The amenities were definitely an added bonus! Beautiful home in a great location. Instructions were very easy & clear!

We spent 10 days in Sara's house with my family and our stay was great! Sara's place is comfortable, clean and fully corresponding to the description. The equipments are complete and the outside on the canal is lovely and secured for the kids. The location is ideal, near of all the best places to visit (Honeymoon Island, Tarpon, Starkey Park, etc). We strongly recommend Sara's home!

Great place to stay! literally minutes from Weeki Watchi springs which is a great thing because you have to get there early to get in. the place was spacious and comfortable amd doggo friendly. would absolutely stay again. The boat tour and grilling on the island Richard took us to was awesome. Sunset on the water could not be beat. Highly recommend!

Mary was a fantastic host! the home itself was great. We got it on the kayak, fished, and played in the pool and it son loved it all. it's right off 19 but you don't hear the highway noise.

We had a fantastic time at Val’s lovely home. It was much bigger and had more amenities and experiences then we had expected. The home had everything we needed and more! The WiFi was great for 3 virtual students and working parents. We loved all the wildlife we saw at the dock and kayaking every day. These included many kinds of birds, fish, dolphins, and stingrays. We all enjoyed the warm pool daily. The home is close to grocery stores and restaurants and a fabulous ice cream store in Hudson. We had fun checking out different beaches in the area and places to hike. We watched the sun rise and set at the house and in the neighborhood. My kids liked fishing off the dock, collecting shells and the water trampoline at nearby Sun West Park. We felt like we were in Paradise! Wonderful family memories were made here.

wow ! beautiful, well maintained home ! the home was clean with lots of natural light. kitchen was well equipped with cooking Utensils. the pool was AMAZING 👏 back yard was full fenced making for lots of Privacy. strongly recommend. the rental agreement was basically the Exact same thing as the airbnb website so no need to be worried. affordable & well wroth it . Melinda was such a pleasure to work with . my family will be returning in sep for another week . plenty of family activities , groceries store and restaurants. located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. lots of towels and cleaning supplies. comfortable beds with lauge master. overall 5 stars.

We very much enjoyed staying at Danita’s place and would stay there again. It was nice having a garage to park the car and my wife loved the bathroom and shower.

This was the second time we were at this location. It impressed us just as much as the first time we stayed there. We will return. The house and pool are kept very clean and both are well decorated. You have the feeling you are in one of the better rentals Airbnb offers.

We are so grateful to Walt and Diane for allowing us to stay! They are amazing people and so kind! My family and I appreciate the hospitality and the chance to stay in their condo! Beautiful veiws!

We enjoyed the home, clean and comfy. My kids really loved the pool and hunting turtles by the dock. There were many! The neighbors were also great, gave us some fresh kumquats from their kumquat tree. It was also very close to everything we came for: Weeki Wachee, beach and fishing.
