The kitchen is set up with lots of cabinets and comes complete with a small table and 2 stools, it has a large refrigerator, an apartment size stove and a Microwave

This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake. Welcome to Little Blue Farmhouse in the northwest corner of Borden County. Since 1908, six generations of the Smith family have owned, cared for, and enjoyed this beautiful cotton farm. This historic home was originally built in the 1940s and completely restored just a few years ago! It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable and fun stay. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis surrounded by trees. Share the garden and orchard when in season. Corrals available for those with horses for an additional charge of $10 per horse, per night. The corrals have water available and a small shed. Payment for corrals would be done through Airbnb as an added charge through the resolution process
