Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Completely brand new remodel from dated ranch house to modern farmhouse. Situated in charming Gas City minutes outside of Iola, home of the country’s largest town square. With a town motto like “Don’t pass Gas, stop and stay awhile” please stop and stay awhile in this beautiful home. No smoking and no pets indoors. Pets disclosed to host prior to visit can stay in the fenced backyard as long as any waste is disposed of properly. Any pets that are not disclosed will forfeit the security deposit.

You are 25 minutes from the nearest bigger town so you will want to plan your meals ahead and don't forget the charcoal. We also provide an Ironing board & Iron & Hair Dryer.

The Lone Oak

Enjoy the quiet of the country while you go fishing in the pond, spotting the wildlife, and stargazing at night while enjoying the hot tub. Just five miles from town, right off the blacktop, and three miles from Interstate 49. The top level is a 1900 farmhouse that has been renovated and could have another group staying in it. The walk-out basement is two years old and ready for you to have a relaxing, memorable get-away.

Adorable 2 bedroom one bathroom cabin with a fireplace, large deck with hot tub, pretty view, good water frontage, nice flat yard and private dock to park your boat with a ladder for swimming. The cabin backs to pretty woods which provide peace and quiet, privacy as well as abundant wildlife. The lake is just 100 yards down a nice trail through the woods. A 3 person kayak is available for your use, as well as a fire ring and lawn chairs.
