Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

Walt's home was the perfect headquarters for our first annual golf trip. The house was clean and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood where we could relax after a full day of golf. Walt was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, especially when a fuse in the kitchen was tripped, and we had to access a locked part of the house to reset it.

Perfect stay. Pool was amazing. Host was very responsive to everything. Great for families, Just bring socks with friction pads on the bottom so you don’t slide .

Chris is always a great host. He communicates. Is considerate of our soccer schedule and accommodations. He even wishes our boys good luck at their soccer tournament! He is understanding and a great host. We really enjoy staying here. I highly recommend staying here. He’s a great host.

The house was beautiful, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. I would highly recommend this home. We had a wonderful stay there!

Great location to see everything in Plymouth. It was wonderful to stay in an old house that was well preserved. We had a great time.

We had a great stay. The house is new and is exactly as it appears in the pictures. The views are stunning. There are a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms, which was perfect for our family vacation with 7 adults and 3 kids. Only suggestion is if you have little ones bring a gate because there is no door to the basement stairs. Speaking of kids, the pool is SO awesome to have if you happen to get a rainy or cold day. Plenty of space/seating to eat inside or outside. We would definitely come back!

it is a nice comfy house esp for a family. Swimming pool and game room down in the basement would be alot of fun for kids to keep them busy at day time and night time. Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc are all right there esp. only like less than 5 to 15 minutes drive and also less than 25 minutes drive to go to north Falmouth or Wood Hole. They have a nice downtown with many stores, restaurants, bowling ally, etc which that is only less than 15 minutes drive from the house Also taking a walk from the house to the beach is so beautiful esp morning time. i walked every morning, and love every bit of the walk. It rained once during our vacation week and rest were sunny days for the rest of the week. We were lucky to have the good weather. Anyway, the house is approximately about less than a mile and half from the beach. Driving to Chetham is about little a hour drive from the house. To Provincetown, about 1 hour and 45 minutes drive.

Great location. The pictures don't do it justice. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. Wonderful host, easy communication, and the most stocked kitchen i have ever seen. Kelli

What a great cape house in Wellfleet. Cliff and Rob were very helpful and made the stay a pleasure. Would recommend this spot to anyone who wants to check out the Wellfleet area

Such a beautiful place to stay setback in the most beautiful little forest! Spectacular master bedroom in such a nice home ! Outside area was very beautiful with a deck and a special place to spend our vacation ! Full kitchen made it so nice to have the choice to make meals at home which we did often and enjoy the beautiful dining room and big windows ! We wanted to stay home and eat more than go out! And the home office was a great place to get some work done 👍👍

My family and I recently stayed at Donna’s home for a long weekend on the Cape. The house was exactly as described, matched all photos, and was in a phenomenal location. Just a few minutes from all of the shops and restaurants in Orleans, the beaches, hiking along the national seashore, and the Cape Cod rail trail. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. House was extremely clean and Aruna was fantastic with communication. Would recommend to anyone to hook this spot.

Sue’s place was great for my family and dog. The 2 apartments give a nice separation when staying with a group. Very clean and comfortable. We paid the extra fee to not worry about linens and felt It was worth it. It is on a busy road and you can definitely hear the traffic when the windows are open as the house is pretty close to the road but it wasn’t an issue for sleeping. Location is great for many restaurants and beaches. 20-25 minutes to Hyannis or Chatham

The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and private. The beach was 1.4 miles from the home, so we enjoyed walking there. The home furnishings were very clean and comfortable. The home was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host was excellent, keeping in touch with updates leading up to our stay, and throughout the process. We couldn't have found a more perfect home for our vacation in Eastham. I would highly recommend the home and host for anyone considering a stay at the Cape.

enjoyed ptown with 6 friends and our dogs!- jason was so kind and responsive. the house was even more beautiful in person, there was plenty of room and every bed was so comfortable. tons of cookware and plates and cups available. location is so close to commercial- backyard was gorgeous… have nothing but amazing things to say. we cant wait to stay again ! The house was cozy, quaint, and spotless—perfect for our off-season weekend getaway! Adele was incredibly accommodating and flexible with us, and her communication was top-tier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

Craig was awesome and extremely nice and understanding! The house was clean and one of the best I have stayed in. The location is quiet and tucked in a small neighborhood. I had the most amazing stay and would suggest this to anyone going to this location!

Patricia was very responsive before and during our stay. She was easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions for beaches to visit. The house is about a 10 minute drive from the closest beach. It’s near water but it’s more for fishing or boating. It’s less than 10 minutes from the center of town where there are great places to eat and shop around. The house is beautiful and spacious. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom the second level. Highly recommend.

Richard was a great host from the start of our booking! He immediately send me recommendations for things to do, responded promptly to any request like the best bakery, how to get tickets for events and much more! The fact that he has lived in Ptown so long is an asset to his hosting! I was celebrating my 50th with friends and asked whether there was any Champaign flutes. He said no. A few days later I offered to shipped my own from Amazon and gift it to the house, to which he replied that he already bought some for the house! This is just one example of how he went above and beyond to make our experience memorable! The outside deck is the best feature of the house, and we spent a lot of time there! The Den is like a private apartment and I loved staying in there! We had an extremely special Laborday weekend stay and a lot of it was due to Rick’s hosting, flexibility and accommodating nature. Thanks Rick!

If you're planning a Cape getaway with a large family, this home is an absolute gem! We had both homes on the property, and it worked out perfectly—one for the early risers and the other for the night owls. The homes were incredibly clean and offered plenty of outdoor space. The property is surprisingly large for the Cape, with expansive outdoor areas to enjoy, and the outdoor shower was the best I've ever experienced—spacious and very private. Both homes were fully stocked with everything we needed to cook in, which we did a few times, and everything worked flawlessly. Even though it's on a main road, the traffic noise was minimal, and we always felt peaceful. I’m very particular about where I stay, but this home checked all the boxes. I can't think of a single negative. Dom, the property manager, was fantastic—super responsive to all our questions and truly a top-notch host! I hope this property continues to be available because I will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at John’s place. The place has everything you will need for a relaxing stay including a well equipped kitchen. It was just two of us with our dogs but the house can comfortably host a family. There are plenty of beds and room for everyone to enjoy their stay. The closest beach is a 5 min drive and we enjoyed walking to the pond that’s at the end of the road. The location is quiet and private. Our dogs had a fantastic time too. We will save John’s place for future stays!
