You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. GSP Airport-7 miles, Downtown Greenville-15 miles, Downtown Spartanburg-15 miles, Charlotte NC Airport-73 miles Asheville NC- 46 mi (The lake has been lowered for the winter 5 ft -you can still kayak)

Designed for 1 or 2 guests, this studio features a queen-sized bed, full kitchen, dining/work area & comfortable chairs to relax in. A separate entrance guarantees privacy. Keypad entry makes check-in easy. There is covered, off-street parking for one car. PLEASE NOTE: We can't accommodate pets, & we don't permit smoking anywhere on the property.

Nice driveway fenced back yard, no back door inside the house. Great place for quick getaway to Spartanburg, Greenville or surrounding areas, great for business people traveling or visiting family in the area. Note there are crowing roosters in the back of house not mine. Sound machine in bedrooms, ear plugs.

The Lodge at Pythian Park

Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. There's ample parking for vehicles and room to roam and enjoy the park-like setting.

Platts' Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.
