While retaining the features that makes this home so beautiful and reflective of its time, we have brought in modern amenities that insure a comfortable stay while in the heart of Excelsior Springs. This place is so perfect if you are visiting town as it's steps from shopping, eating and landmarks. This awesome guest cottage was once a hen house on this historic farm. Newly renovated. Spacious yet cozy. Bright and sunny. Big windows with a lovely view of the pond and farmland that goes on forever. Gas fireplace. Sleeps 4. Double bed in loft and two twin beds on the main floor. Open living space. Large bathroom is separate from the cottage and a short walk as the cottage has no running water. Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, Coffee maker. Peaceful and private. Big sunny deck.

We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. Beautiful private log cabin suite, conveniently located just east of the Kansas City Metro with great highway access. Close to wedding venues: Lone Summit Ranch, Powell Gardens and Stonehaus Winery. All the comforts of home! The suite features a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, private bath with shower, whirlpool jetted tub and kitchenette. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
