Welcome to Orchard cottage, a single storey building, annexed to ( but separate from ) our house. The cottage is furnished to a high standard. We are situated on the outskirts of a private residential area, just 400 metres from the centre of the historic market town of Welshpool, there are various shops, supermarkets, pubs & restaurants. The magnificent Powis castle is a short walk from the town centre, through the beautiful parkland. Other attractions include Montgomery canal & light railway.

Gaer Hall Guilsfield a country mansion with hottub

Gaer Hall with hot tub is a fantastic place for groups of friends and families to explore the area, relax, unwind, and have fun. We are an hour and a half from the coast Zip World / Bounce Below and 10 minutes away from Offas Dyke path. Walks start at the end of our drive. Dog and child friendly. A supermarket, PO, and 2 pubs with restaurants are within 15 minutes walk. Airbnb rules "Parties or events not allowed". We can provide additional beds eg for children. There are cots,& high chairs

Although will sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms by special arrangement , ideal if just attending events for overnight stay . This beautiful, unspoilt detached 1820s gate lodge, with exposed beams, flagstone floor and eclectic decor, lies just a short stroll from the centre of the charming market town of Welshpool, with its fine selection of shops, inns and restaurants. Situated opposite the town’s train station for the Llanfair Heritage Steam Railway. Its location affords easy access to the gateway of wales. Uneven flagstone steps to 1 double bedroom. Sofa bed in living room and single bed via steep stairs.

Red House Cottage (self catering cottage)

Modern, very comfortable and very clean. Sleeps 4, double ensuite room and double/twin room also ensuite. Outside area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. In a quiet village setting with two pubs serving food within a two minutes walk of the cottage. Free wifi, smart TV’s in bedrooms. Until recently Red House Cottage was run as a B&B but the owners decided to fit a kitchen to create a self contained cottage for self catering holidays. The cottage is on the side of our home.
