Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Das Haus liegt in einem Ortsteil auf dem Land, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Nach Wertheim Reinhardshof ca. 6 km, Wertheim Stadtmitte 10 km, Wertheim Village 16 km. Zum Taubertal-Radweg ca. 2 km, zum Maintal-Radweg ca. 10 km. Die Umgebung, Spessart u. Odenwald sind bei Wanderern sehr beliebt. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in näherer Umgebung. Gerne helfen wir bei der Planung Ihrer Ausflüge. Im Dorf gib es eine Bäckerei m. Lebensmitteln. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 6 km entfernt.

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist ein Neubau und verfügt über eine gute Wärmeisolierung. Die Anbindung zur Innenstadt ist durch diverse Buslinien (samstags kostenlos) oder einen Fußmarsch von ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, Bäckereien, Metzger, Sparkasse, Apotheke) sind fußläufig in wenigen 100 m erreichbar. Ausgiebige Entdeckungen in Feld und Wald können nach wenigen Minuten Fußmarsch starten.

Wunderschöne geräumige Ferienwohnung  für die ganze Familie Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (für 1 bis 8 Personen) ist im ersten Obergeschoss und hat einen separaten Eingang.  Die Wohnung hat ca. 95 m², mit einer Terrasse mit ca. 45 m² und einem Balkon mit 6 m². Hinweis: Haustiere sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Für jedes Tier berechnen wir eine einmalige Gebühr von 70 €.

Historisches Ambiente und liebliches Taubertal

Wir bieten im Erdgeschoss unseres 350 Jahre alten Fachwerkhauses drei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, Wanne und WC sowie eine eingerichtete Küche (ca. 100 qm). Die Wohnung der Gastgeber befindet sich im Obergeschoss. W-Lan, Waschmaschine und Trockner können genutzt werden. Der Innenhof steht (derzeit durch Bauarbeiten beschränkt) zur Erholung zur Verfügung.

Gemütliche Wohnung 110m²

Die geräumige Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Weinort Erlenbach direkt unterhalb der Weinberge und bietet einen guten Start für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge. Innerhalb gut 30 Minuten ist sowohl Aschaffenburg als auch Würzburg zügig zu erreichen. Durch den nur 10 Minuten entfernten Autobahnanschluss zur A3 ist die Wohnung sehr gut für Durchreisende geeignet.
