Come enjoy a very TINY HOUSE (120 sq ft) experience in the heart of beautiful Whatcom County. Go for a hike on our local trails, explore the many breweries in Bellingham, visit the beach in Birch Bay, bike the county roads, or enjoy a scenic drive on the Mt. Baker Highway. Then come back to a unique, cozy TINY HOUSE. Roast marshmallows around the campfire, snuggle up and watch a movie on Netflix, and relax with a cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning. Refresh, relax, and find joy!

Our remodeled, oceanfront two-story home offers unobstructed views of Lummi Island and Vancouver, BC with direct access to the beach from the backyard. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and come enjoy the expansive views, fresh ocean breeze and wildlife from the firepit or one of three patios. A great getaway location for families or a group of responsible adults looking to relax!

The Coho Cabin - A Beachfront Getaway

Welcome to the Coho Cabin, a tiny house/log cabin perched atop Skagit Bay with direct westerly waterfront views of wildlife, Whidbey Island and the Olympic Mts. Built in 2007, it's an authentic log cabin, custom designed out of Alaskan Yellow Cedar. Enjoy the rustic-yet-elegant vibe, radiant heated floors, cozy loft bed, outdoor bbq and private location. Located 10 min. west of La Conner, guests can browse shops, adventure on unique hikes, or enjoy a relaxing beach stroll.

Sweet retreat 1-bedroom house close to beach

Need a get-away? Whole house to yourself. Cozy, quiet, comfortable bungalow. Fenced in backyard if you are travelling with your 4-legged friend. Two-minute walk to the ferry dock for a visit to Lummi Island. This guest house is not directly on or facing the beach. However, when you walk about 50 feet, through the gate, on the side of and past the main house, you will be next to the beach and can watch the sunset over Lummi Bay on Gooseberry Point in relaxed Whatcom County.

Private entrance from shared driveway with back deck looking out onto the garden, a kitchenette and a living room complete with television and wifi. Situated in the quiet Birchwood neighborhood, it's a 10-minute drive downtown and a 5-minute drive to the airport. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in a convenient location.

The Walnut Hut

Unique and tranquil getaway. The Walnut hut is a cozy rustic cabin on our 9 acre permaculture biodynamic farm. Peaceful country setting. We are about 6 miles from Bellingham, Lynden and Ferndale, and 17 miles from the Canadian border. Seasonal Farmstand. Farm tours available by appointment. Shared bathroom with shower in a nearby building, and an outdoor kitchen usually available April thru October.

Our farm is a peaceful respite from the harried pace of life most people contend with. We respect our guests' privacy, but are always available if needed. We strive to provide our guests with the same beauty, security and peace we have enjoyed on the island for 30 years. We would love to welcome you to our Garden Gate Suite. This is a 2nd story room with a bathroom. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. With a completely private entrance you have access to a garden space and views of Bellingham. Seasonal fireplace and AC unit as space gets quite warm in the summer season.
