On offer is the top storey of our house, 3x bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet, lounge with kitchenette and balcony. Our property has 24 acres of paddocks and Manuka forest bordered by the beautiful Buller and Gowan rivers and National Park. Large Park like garden. The Double Tree Cottage is in an idyllic setting with expansive snow-capped mountain and farm views (seasonal). Mt Hutt Skifield, Opuke Hot Pools, Staveley Iceskating rink, DOC walking tracks and Methven Mt Hutt Village are all within a 15min drive. Located on our 32ha farm, watch sheep grazing metres from your door, native Kereru playing in the trees above you, or head out to many surrounding activities. Note: This is a mini studio style cottage so is very small and priced accordingly.

Silk Tree Cottage is a modern, self-contained standalone property perched on 5 acres of serene, park like grounds. It sits separately from the main house, offering guests privacy and tranquility. Beautiful, sunny, lovingly built, modern self contained studio. Everything you could need for a short stay in Christchurch; located in a quiet cul de sac less than 10 minutes from the airport. Fast WiFi, Smart TV with Netflix, private bathroom with high pressure shower, kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee machine, jug and toaster. Cereals and milk provided for breakfast. Private access and your own private deck on which to relax outdoors.

Quiet country style accommodation unique location

Ikamatua B &B - The accomodation is set in a rural garden overlooking the village of Ikamatua. The surrounding land is our own farmland. The surrounding rivers have excellent fishing. Great walks nearby. Good stopover when heading towards glaciers if heading south or north towards Nelson, Blenheim, or Picton. The local hotel in Ikamatua does great evening meals, this is only 5mins from accommodation.

Old Taylorville school

Our place is located at an old school it is devided into two house's in one. All bathrooms are in the middle. Full kitchen, two bedroom home with large lounge and sunroom all seperate from Our end. Please note that the bedrooms are visually private only. They are divided by 3/4 high corrugated iron walls, as part of the old classroom. The other part being the lounge area.
