We are a short drive to the ferry where you can catch the boat to Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, and even Block Island.

This coastal gem provides an idyllic retreat with panoramic views of Brandt Island, West Island, and extending all the way to Falmouth and the Elizabeth Islands. The backyard is perfect for outdoor dining and family fun, complete with a barbecue grill, picnic table, and fire pit.

Misty Bay Cottage - Home on beautiful West Island

Misty Bay Cottage is home to 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms and an open concept living space. It is very homey and cottage like, located only a 5-minute walk to the most beautiful town beach on West Island. BBQ outside on the patio and enjoy yourselves in the oversized backyard. Find the tastiest seafood restaurant "Off the Hook" just a 3-minute drive away. West Island is the ultimate summer oasis for friends and family to gather.

Located within our family home, a historic structure dating back to the mid 19th century, originally Sawin Hall. Other incarnations of our home include The Second Advent Church and the Fairhaven Grange Hall.
