The apartment is located in a quiet cove of Lake Martin, but only a short distance to the big water for the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure. Property was formerly managed by a local company we were co-hosts. We lost reviews when we became hosts. Lakehouse apartment (bottom floor with pictures) is located in southeast corner of Lake Martin - Blue Creek area. 200+ feet of waterfront. Fish off the dock, cornhole game, a nap for two on our hammock or relax on the deck or dock. 1 private boat slip is available. Propane grill with propane provided. Private entrance with code. Open areas without steps and disabilities are accommodated in living areas. There are steps to the dock and water. Approximately 1700 sq ft. walkout basement apartment.

Close Quarters, a unique studio apartment located inside The Reserve at the Old Bank on the square in Ashland, AL. This historic building originally built in 1907 was first occupied as the First National Bank in 1909. In 2024 it was renovated to offer a unique experience for our guests. Located on the 2nd story with a stunning view of the historic courthouse. This is a private apartment downstairs from a family home. NOT 420 friendly. Quiet hours 10pm to 6am strictly enforced. Normal family sounds above - not a good fit if you plan to sleep all day.
