We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, the city centre was extremely conveniently located from the flat and everything we wanted for a ‘touristy’ trip to Brighton was within walking distance. We had great food options and were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort, we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again!😃

This is a great place to stay, clean, well equipped and comfortable. I was even able to do some remote work thanks to a good and fast internet connection. Nick was a great host and I was greeted with fresh milk, bread and pastries from the local bakery (located just next to the AirBnB).

A great accommodation option on the site! Location was beyond perfect, literally opposite the club house. The caravan was beautiful, clean and full of everything you need and more! Can’t recommend Janet and her caravan enough! I will be back!

Richard is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and going above and beyond that of a host. We asked for an early checkin which he was happy to accommodate, even offered to pick up my partner from the bus station, very sweet. The ‘savants quarters’ as he calls it were delightful, the view was amazing and we had a really comfortable stay. As Richard and his wife were away for the week we also had access to the kitchen which was lovely. We would recommend Richards place to anyone. Thanks again, Danielle

Fantastic place to stay. Would recommend to anyone! They were so efficient whenever I needed any help or information. The whole process of checking in and out was made so easy. Great facilities and fantastic value for money!

Absolutely loved our stay, the kitchen has everything you need in it, and its so convenient being inside the hotel. You can be walking on the beach in 2 mins from leaving, and have access to the pool too. The living room and bedroom are at opposites ends so you can watch TV while the baby is asleep, it really feels like a little home away from home. We go to Brighton often and have been looking for our favourite place - we might just have found it!

This was our second stay here, and just as comfortable as the first. The location is great for Lewes amenities, and remarkably quiet for such a central location.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente, spazioso, pulito e comodo. La posizione, alla Marina di Brighton, è molto tranquilla ma comunque ben servita: c’è un grande supermercato e molti negozi e ristoranti. A pochi passi da casa partono gli autobus per tutte le destinazioni, sia per il centro città che per raggiungere punti di interesse lungo la costa. Kamila è stata gentile ed è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze.

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, big kitchen and living room. Lovely space outside and so great to have access to the pool. Really nice area, we enjoyed visiting the local Roman Palace and West Wittering beach also.

Lovely lower ground floor apartment, everything was very clean and tidy, as listing mentioned the parking space is narrow but our Yaris for fine. There's a coop on the next street and it's about 3 minutes walk to the pier and sea life centre (we didn't use the car at all during our stay). Jenny sent real clear instructions to access the parking space and apartment which took the stress out of arriving.

This accommodation was perfect for our long stay in Brighton. It was in a central area close to lots of cute pubs and also only a less than 10 minute walk to the seafront. It had all the facilities we needed like a washing machine and dishwasher. The host was extremely helpful and offered lots of advice. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Barn. The setting is tranquil and idyllic, and the children, in particular, enjoyed walking through the woods, picking blackberries and spotting deer. The house was immaculately presented and the set up suited our party of four adults and three children perfectly. The amenities were superb and we did not want for anything for the duration of our trip. Jamie gave us a warm welcome and was on hand to assist if needed throughout our stay. We enjoyed a trip to Leonardslee Gardens and some lovely local pubs and farm shops. Recommended for anyone looking to “get away from it all” and enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting. We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

This is a very personal home that makes you feel that you are in a place that's full of love and family values - the opposite of those places that are pure lettings owned by companies. It's exactly as advertised and very comfortable. From the lovely scented aroma that you smell as you enter to the abundance of throws, cushions and pilows around the place, this house makes you feel warm and welcome. Maria was really helpful - leaving fresh milk and such for our arrival - and she sent some lovely messages and recommendations during our stay - she's a fantastic host and is rightly proud to share her lovely home with her guests. Chris’s house is really lovely and Lewes is fantastic. Spacious house, comfortable beds and great coffee machine. All the things you’d want - including a surprise sauna! Would highly recommend.
