Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

The main sea front at Hayling Island is a 7 minute drive and provides beautiful beaches both sandy and stones and offers traditional entertainment with crazy golf, slot machines and various rides.
